I've owned a lot of vehicles thru the years and my choice would be a Ford/Lincoln/Mercury. They build them very functional, and easy to operate.
Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Greenville Sports & Imports in NC. I found the the entire buying process to be very satisfying. The sales team and associates were very knowledgeable and helpful in clearing some hurdles for an out of state buyer. They even went as far as to send the car back to their service department for a second inspection when I told them I was coming. It was then discovered that the vehicle (2007' Cadillac STS V8 Luxury) had faulty rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors. Sports & Imports covered the cost of these repairs without hesitation. I then made the 526 mile trip home with no issues whatsoever. Price was reasonable, at a little over $1000 below market value I ended up with a quality used vehicle. I’ve only had this car for a few days. It has good reviews in the consumer report book! It’s a smooth ride after driving a Jeep for 3 years!
It was a good experience the lot is nice the vechiles are nice and clean the dealer we dealt with was very nice and so helpful and we did get the truck we wanted rated from 1-10 the 10 being the best ours was a 10+++++++l would recomend them to everyone they will help and they will do you right

This vehicle has met all my needs and more. It has been a very dependable vehicle. Very safe and handles great. It handles great and gives me a nice smooth ride.
A month ago my daughter called me very upset about her 2009 Ford Escape. Her car would not maintain speed at high or low rpms. A Ford dealer in Moorhead told her that to repair her car she was looking at $600 and possibly thousands of dollars depending on what they found. I did some research on line and I felt sure it was the Valve Throttle Body. I asked her to bring her car to me and I would make the repairs. After calling around to find the part, I ended up calling Hasting Ford. They had the part I needed but the parts person explained that this part was covered under an extended warranty. He transferred me to the service department and they made an appointment to look at my daughter's car. Long story short, they determined that it was the Valve Throttle Body and all of the parts and labor were taken care of with no charge to my daughter. Finding an honest car dealership is hard to come by these days; Hasting Ford of Greenville, N.C. meets all my requirements. Thanks so much for your help.

I purchased a new 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Hastings Ford in August. I live about 2.5 hours away from Greenville, but they had the car I wanted with the options I wanted in stock. I was able to work with their team online and over the phone to work out the price and terms of the sale, and my salesman Jessie was kind enough to meet me half way to deliver the car and sign the papers. No fuss, no muss, no surprises, just the deal I wanted and great service to boot. Jessie has also checked in with me consistently since my purchase to make sure I'm happy and that everything is going well. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I traded in my 2014 Mustang as I needed a vehicle with more room and that sat up higher off the road (now need to drive down a dirt road). Definitely a ton more room, easily drives on the dirt road & handles great!
As soon as i looked on line at the new eco sport i was contacted Like the car and hope to go to the dealership this week. Very nice salesperson

This car runs and drives very smoothly and is excellent on gas mileage. The interior is spacious and modern looking and exterior has a very sporty/luxury look to it while still being affordable for your average everyday vehicle.
I purchases 2013 Chevy Impala in April during a sale they were running--the experience overall was good though took MUCH longer than I would have liked. They got me into a vehicle I love in almost the payment I wanted and expected. My only complaint is the follow up after sale--the day I took delivery there was no key fob for the auto start and doors but I was told it was locked up and would be mailed. I called a week later and was told nope, they sell used and don't have one but I can have one made. After THAT I was told (again) by the finance manager that he would have one made for me and let me know when it would be ready--a month later I am still waiting with no response and when I call sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that I will be called back. The other issue is with my permanent tag--there mine temp expires in less than a week and I am going out of town for a wedding--I called and was told that there was an issue with DMV (an old one that was taken care of over a year ago and, in faxt, I had renewed a different registration last wqeek) and told Melissa this who said they run into this fromk time to time but would get it resolved before I left town and call back...again, no go. I would recommend for price but for follow up and service I would prefer to go elsewhere

It's that beautiful royal blue color and a very nice design and the 2nd nicest car we've owned, which slightly clouded our attempted objectivity. Consumer Reports shows it well in lots of ways for the middle size vehicle we need. The legroom is nicely more than our van had, the passenger seat is more comfortable than vans we drove and it is nice and quiet while driving. There are some suggestions I would tell Ford about the too small size of the cruise control, the wasted space full of small letters on the driver menu screen, about the lack of vision to the outside over the driver's right shoulder or out the small back window thanks to the backseat headrests. I'm waiting for the 19-27 mpg but I'm not an "ease into it" in the city or slow highway driver. It drives very nicely!
