They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Shopping at Germain Hyundai was the best experience I've had at any car dealership. Our Salesperson Junaid Zaib was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and took time to understand our needs and worked closely with us to find the exact vehicle we wanted. Our Finance Director, Ricky, worked with us to get our payments to the number we wanted, and gave us a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

This is the second vehicle purchased from a Byers dealership. The transaction was relaxed and very easy. No pressure or hard selling . Wesley Blakemore was very accommodating, efficient and helpful.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Overall, the sale went smooth. I let them know ahead of time that I was coming to test drive the vehicle. The salesman, Frank Robinson had it out and ready, and was patient with to allow us time to look it over. He answered all questions and printed up the CarFax so that we could see it. It took 3 hours for the whole process.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

We recently purchased a used 2025 Escape, with approximately 13 K miles from Germain Ford. Within a week we discovered a couple of items that needed repair. Additionally, we found that the clear coat on the hood of the car was beginning to peal. From the sales staff (Will) to the service staff (Jessica), they have “bent over backwards”) for us, making the necessary repairs, all to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Germain Ford and are very pleased!

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

6 months ago, I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, 85K miles, no warranty. Background, I live 115 miles from this dealership but they had the truck I wanted so I made the drive. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would not go back there for service just due to the distance. On my way home from picking up the truck, the TPMS system said there was an error and was only showing pressure for three tires (no LF). I chocked it up to a bad sensor and as I have replaced these in previous vehicles and know they are not that expensive, I pressed on home as it was too late and I was half way home . This was an intermittent problem until I did my first oil change / tire rotation. I mentioned this problem to the Chevy dealer and asked them to change the sensor. They checked the sensor and it was reading a strong battery signal so I told them to just rotate the tires and I would see what happens. Soon after, this intermittent problem became and consistent issue. The problem was it was showing the same LF tire even though the tires had been rotated and reprogrammed which meant the issue was something else. That Chevy dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem ($200). That's the history now why I'm recommending Coughlin, a couple weeks ago someone from Coughlin just made a 6 month check up call. I told her I loved the truck and had no issues other than this TPMS problem. I had no expectation of the dealership doing any thing about this, (six months and 7k miles later) she told me she would contact the Service Manager, John Tackett, and have him call me. The next day he did and he told me they would at least diagnose the problem, no charge and see what they could do. Thinking this was looking like it was going to turn into an expensive fix I took him up on the offer. Today I took the truck in and dealt with Paul Lynch, the Service Advisor. Long story short, not only did they diagnose, but they spent a total of 3-4 hours taking care of it at no charge to me. I find it so refreshing this day in age to have a company stand behind what they sold me, I'm just at a loss for words of thanks. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be checking this dealership first, even with it being 115 mile drive. Kudos to John & Paul, thank you both very much!!! Also a shout out to my salesman, Forest, as I had a good experience when I made the purchase. Obviously, I recommend doing business here!!!

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

Great fast experience. Entire process was done online and phone. Company even attempted to deliver car to my home, which was a relief . No one bid on delivery but the dealership decided to pay for my flight to come get car and my gas to drive car home.

We drove about 100 mile to buy this jeep, they beat the local dealer by several thousand dollars. The sales manager was great to work with and the salesman that did the delivery was fantastic. Sales person went over all the options on our new Gladiator he even programmed both our phones. I feel he spent plenty of time with us and was not rushed at all. Salesman also had the jeep filled with gas and our old license plate on the new jeep while we signed all the paperwork. The wife and I both highly recommend this dealership for anyone ready to purchase smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. 2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.
