Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I live in Oregon, nearly 2000 miles away. I found a car that I wanted to buy and Nathan my sales guy did everything possible to make my car buying experience fantastic. Buying a car sight unseen is scary, Nathan took a walk around video of the car showing me all the flaws (used car). The transaction went flawless and Nathan promised I would not be disappointed. Nathan and Ryan even help coordinate with the trucking Company for picking up the car. Once the car arrived, it was actually better than what I expected. I wish I was local to shake their hands. We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. 2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Overall great buying experience. Everything went smoothly from trading in my GMC truck for a new Chevy. Saleman Aaron treated us so well and did everything he said he would do. William went over every feature thoroughly with us. We are very pleased.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

I had to use this dealership for the first time for some warranty work on my Explorer. The Service Dept. was outstanding. Top notch service and everyone from the phone person that scheduled my appointment, to the lady courtesy driver, were super friendly and very professional. I love my car and recently purchased it from a dealership as a former rental. It handles well and has an extremely smooth ride, the moon roof provides extra light even when it is a cloudy day !!

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

So far, I love my Edge - 3 weeks owned. It is roomy and has leather, heated seats and knows how to parallel park which I haven't used yet. It seems to get good gas milage and ready to take it on a trip up north this weekend. We carry with us our "stuff" and two cats and they will have plenty of room to lounge as we drive when we put the seats down in the back. It was a good buying experience at Royal Oak Ford as I had to have a vehicle after my Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run accident, I need a dependable vehicle that had plenty of room to haul food for Blessings In A Backpack. It was a good fit!

After visiting multiple dealers in and around the Bentonville, I was expecting the worst when I went to see this 'small' dealer in the outskirts of Tulsa. I was led here by a nice looking car on cars.com. I confess, the name Bishop's Corner Auto Sales did nothing great for my confidence and it didn't go up as I drove into the lot. But boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise!!! Not only was Elliot really friendly with the sale of the Honda Accord, he made it a breeze with the entire process. I really loved the experience from start to finish. Unlike dealers that are either overpriced or keen on offering financing options and nothing else, he shared all the information he had about this car. He let me take my time in looking around on the car, answered all the questions I had, suggested the streets to drive in (a boon for an out-of-towner) to experience how the car felt in highway and city speeds with a blend of traffic and no-traffic. It was no pressure sales and I have a great product at a friendly price. When I suggested a trade-in, he worked late to try and ensure I did not have to drive back all the way to Tulsa another time. It was definitely worth my while and I am thrilled I still went with my gut to go to this 'small' place 20 miles from Tulsa. He suggested taking the car to an authorized dealer (unlike others that run helter skelter at the mention of dealer). Just like Paul Potts or Susan Boyle on BGT, where a nonchalant, almost nondescript looking someone took people's breath away and left them with a big smile, this little place gave me the best experience and the biggest smile I have had with buying a car.
