All service items were performed in an acceptable amount of time and the charges were as I expected with no surprises. The only exception was concerning the battery replacement, which was concerning a warranty issue and the charges related to it. There was a slight communication issue which I take partial blame for. The issue was quickly resolved and the charges were adjusted accordingly, to my satisfaction. I feel that I was treated with due respect, as I have been with all previous visits. I don't feel that any additional service was forced on me, as has happened to me in previous experiences at other automotive service providers. I was even credited with a discount after I paid my bill. The credit was offered by E-mail while I was waiting for the services to be performed and I didn't read it until after I got home.This was very much appreciated and totally unexpected. I am amazed with your consideration and honesty.

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.

I recently spent some time at Northtowne Motors, I wasn't sure what I wanted for my next car. I must have driven 6 or 7 cars that day. The salesmen John and Don both tried to help me find the right car for me, they were so patient with me, i just didn't know what I wanted. While I drove one car they had the next one pulled up and ready for me to drive next, so I just hopped out of one and into the other, they were so helpful. I ended up buying a nice Tahoe. I really love it and will go back to this dealership again. Very nice place to buy a car and had a nice selection.

I had a horrible experience the first time I came here back in 2014. I walked inside and no one paid any attention to me for about 5 minutes. Finally someone said hi to me but he acted like I was an inconvience and like he didn't want to talk to me. I almost didn't buy the car that day but it was a good deal so I bought it. Fast forward to 2016 and my husband and I are looking for a new car. I did not want to go back to Estle because of the way I was treated the first time. My husband talked me into giving it another try so we walked in. We are greeted right away by Billy Nossaman. He treated us like royalty. We were able to make a great deal on our car. I love this vehicle, good to handle, great in winter, very comfortable. I have a 2014 Escape and was recently told that the dogbone bushings and trailing arm bushings are separating and will soon have to be replaced. Never heard tell of this before. I was told it's a $2,000 job. Isn't that lovely. Only made to outlast the warranty for sure. Very disappointed. I was told this doesn't usually happen unless you're towing a trailer all the time. I don't even have a hitch so that didn't cause it. So frustrated.

I was impressed with the sales consultant but I was even more impressed with their finance manager. I don't have the best credit, so most people in that position typically make you feel worthless or your visit seem pointless. The finance manager at Exceptional Motors was exceptional! He never made me feel unimportant. He worked with me until we found the right price for my budget! I had a very positive experience which typically doesn't happen for me at car dealerships. I was lucky to walk away with the car I wanted!

We brought our 2012 Equinox in because of an exhaust leak. We find that the exhaust manifold, gasket and O2 sensor need replaced. A manifold bolt broke off in the process and needed to be drilled out. H&K gave us a loaner car in the interim.

I drove 100 miles to get my wife a car she has dreamed about. Cody was an absolute rock star and had the vehicle ready for us ( with gas ) when we got there and even though he was still with a client another man politely helped a fellow team mate and got us rolling. We took a no pressure test drive and decided we liked the vehicle. They were extremely generous on our trade offer and we both met at a price after maybe 5 minutes of negotiation. The F&I manager, Jamie, was very helpful and even got us a lower rate that we were quoted! All in all. The best dealership experience you could have. Please give these guys a chance. This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.

Service engine Light on for a day then off

My service engine light came on, of course just minutes before service was closing on a Saturday. I called and they made an appt for Mon AM. They said I could drive it in town, but not out of town. The light stayed on for the rest of Saturday during 2-3 trips in town. I didn't drive it on Sun. On my way to the dealer on Mon. I noticed that the light was off. They checked the car and found that the throttle body needed to be replaced and was covered by warranty. As my extended warranty had expired about 12-18 months earlier I checked on line and discovered that in 2015 Ford issued an extended warranty for throttle body assemblies for 10 years of service or 150,000 miles. While I am happy that the dealer took care of this when the problem arose, I am left wondering why this wasn't brought to my attention during routine maintenance sometime during the last 3 years. I would think their computer would flag this. Other than this, I am very pleased with service here. I can usually get in quickly when needed and the staff is always friendly and courteous.
