2016 Ford Escape for Sale in Bridgeport, CT

Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! Recently I purchased a total of three cars from Greenlight Auto. I am 71 years old and purchased more than my share of cars and this experience with Greenlight Auto is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Carlos, the general manager is a true professional in every aspect and is an even better person. If you can not work out a deal with these guys, then you aren't really trying. Steve who had to service all the cars was great and he too went over and beyond the call of duty. My wife, daughter and grandson are and were very pleased with the whole process. Without hesitation , I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!
