I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

The service advisor kept me in the loop and shared pictures of my vehicle in service. My questions were answered in a timely manner AND the vehicle was ready the same day. Could not ask for a better experience!

We bought our 2016 Ford Escape new in 2015. it has been a great vehicle and trouble free the entire time.We currently have approximately 155000 miles on the vehicle and would certainly buy another Escape.It still looks and runs as new and everyone thinks it's a new car even now.

Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

Purchased this used 2016 Ford Escape SE Ecoboost 4WD (108k miles) from our local Lithia Ford dealer, and I commute 64 miles a day from home to work, and so far I am very impressed. the little 1.6 liter engine has a big heart, and a fun amount of power. The seats are high quality, and the best my wife & I have encountered so far (we rent a lot of cars from Enterprise). Handles great, and feels like a bigger car. The only cons so far : High beam switch takes getting used too. From steering wheel to display touch screen, the wiper control arm is always in the way, turning on wipers. Can't wait for winter to try out 4wd :)

I bought my escape October 2021. I have put about 30k miles on it and now sits at 110k. I’m 6’3” and I have plenty of head room. Auto parallel parking comes in handy way more than expected. 2.0 engine has a smooth ride and good on gas

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
