Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Chris did a great job. We walked in knowing what we wanted and he got right to it. Chris was very personable and made the buying process easy. There were not very many other customers there when we were there and the manager, Tim, came over and introduced himself. Very family friendly environment. The whole experience was great. Mike in finance finished the deal with us and we were happy when we left. We felt like we got everything that we had asked for. We were knowledgeable about our purchase and left happy that we choose Mazda of Clear Lake and got to work with Chris, Tim, & Mike!
Working with Ann and Waleed was absolutely amazing!!! They made us feel comfortable with our new car buying experience. We really appreciated their expertise and knowledge of Subaru vehicles. I really enjoyed the fact that they took the time to get to know us, they asked about our family and kids, and how we will utilize our new vehicle. Normally I dread going to car dealerships due to pushy salespeople, long waits, and an overall air of mistrust. My salesperson Mizra Beg was pleasant, patient and informative. At no point he make me feel rushed, hassled or hustled. Thank you Mizra, I would buy a car from you again! Everyone made me feel like a VIP and I could tell they valued me as a customer.
