I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership both used and new. Out of all the vehicles I have purchased from them, I had an issue with one and it was immediately taken care of. Prices of vehicles are pretty decent...being civil and friendly without demanding a lower price can go a long way. I've never had a problem negotiating prices with them.
When I arrived I was promptly greeted and asked what I was in the market for. Once I gave them my parameters they went to work on locating a couple of options. They were very accommodating but we couldn’t work out the right deal for me and my family.
Mike Boutin is very knowledgeable. He made some excellent service recommendations that wll help extend the life of my Superduty. Because of Mike I can highly recommend Hub City Ford Service Department.
I waited for my vehicle to get an oil change and arrived at service department and was surprised how busy it was for a Monday morning. To my surprise, HCF serviced my vehicle in an hour and 1/2. Very pleased. Thanks.
Shane Guidry, Paul Laurent and Tommy were very helpful and courteous in diagnosing a small problem with my Truck. The problem could have taken a while to find as it were not a routine issue. Tommy narrowed it down pretty quickly and the repair was scheduled promptly. The issue was resolved and they wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I am satisfied and will continue to do business with Hub City Ford. I also have been treated well by all the service staff. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from Hub City and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
I was shopping for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. Michelle at Moss Motors listened to me and helped me figure out what would work best for me. Her knowledge of the BMW product is wonderful. She was not pushy in any way, instead she was patient and a pleasure to be around. You can tell that she is good at her job AND her excitement for the BMW line is very apparent!! As far as I am concerned, I won't ever shop anywhere else. ;)
I called this dealer and Dakota immediately answered the phone. He then proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes with me answering questions and addressing concerns. Unfortunately due to issues on my end I was not able to purchase the car from them however, they were very upfront about the car and helped me every step of the way. Much respect for this dealer, or at least Dakota!
Auto start function was not operating correctly and the warranty was Expiring soon. I was able to set up an appointment quickly., the issue was identified and fixed during that appointment. I am pleased with the results and service rendered.
