I purchased my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner in 1999. The purchase process was easy and pleasant. Then as the years passed and I went in for my 6-month maintenance and sundry minor repairs, the service department became almost like family! David has always been there for me. He's been so helpful, pleasant, always patient, and always a gentlemen. Tina has been there for, I think, three years and is delightful, smiling and always helpful. I depend on them to help me - at a moment's notice! Yesterday my brake light came on at 7:00 AM. I was on my way to my studio. So, no problem, I just drove into the service department at Lakeside Toyota. David and Tina were there, with their usual smiles and help. As it turned out I needed new brakes, which were installed within a few hours. And actually I was delighted!! You see, I've spent to little on repairs to my wonderful truck and I trust the honesty of this dealership so completely, that when a repair is needed I'm happy to have it done. And I certainly don't want to drive around with bad brakes. I don't know the mechanics (I wish I did so I could thank them in person) but somehow they keep my truck running perfectly all the time. I love Lakeside Toyota and recommend it to everyone I talk to. I'm always singing its praises! And while I don't know everyone as well as David and Tina, everyone is delightful and helpful. You really couldn't find a better dealership. I love Toyotas and I love Lakeside Toyota Dealership.
