We had a recently been recovering from a hardship and knew financing was going to be a challenge. When we made contact with them about our options we were met with options and approval within hours, got the car we wanted and at a rate below our expectation. All around a pleasant experience.

Like this car a lot. First escape. Sporty, and lots of options. Leather interior is great when you have grandkids! The eco boost is the way to go.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I previously owned an Equinox. When I test drove the Escape I was completely blown away. It was a great ride and I loved the various features. My only complaint is the head rests, they seem to be in the way of sitting comfortably, I'm always hunched forward to avoid them. I have adjusted them, yet it's still annoying. Otherwise the car would get all 5 stars from me.
Vehicle has many standard options and good power and torque. Good Options on the SE model. Only thing that could be better is the layout and lighting for video screen, the icons need to be bigger and shift lever panel isn’t lighted. Everything else in the interior is great.

Let me begin with an apology for the length of these comments. Please know that each word was earned, not coerced! I usually don’t complete consumer surveys as they seem to be presumptuous, reactionary and boring. What changed my mind on this occasion? A dealership that stands behind the words they speak!
We had searched the internet for hours to find a simple, smaller 2WD pickup without all the bells and whistles, yet one with low mileage that would operate effectively for years to come. The list of available vehicles was not long in our neck of the woods but one was found at Arrottas AutoMax.
Traveling to North Spokane from Post Falls, Id was not ideal but we called and set up an appointment the next day. Meeting Joe was delightful and he interspersed answers to ALL my questions with candid responses and humor. He didn’t hesitate to provide vehicle history information and even introduced us to Tyler the owner. Both my wife and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. There were comments made that they would “take care of us” as customers throughout the process. I heard the words but had been there before.
The pickup itself had some dings - not a problem for a work vehicle from my perspective and not normally seen on a car lot – but perhaps it might work toward a lower price. They didn’t insist on participating on the test drive but showed trust, I liked it. I am not a mechanic so asked if my mechanic would be able to provide an inspection. Again receptive to our needs, an agreement was made. A lower price was offered and agreed upon should my mechanic give a thumbs up. No haggling back and forth. I liked that a lot.
My mechanic found some needed repairs that are not normally noticed on a cursory inspection. I was not thrilled to call Joe with the news. Documentation was provided and a call received from the service folks that they wanted to check things out themselves. Our thinking was that the pickup would be taken back to Arrottas and our search would continue. The repairs were not simple or inexpensive. Their response was extraordinary.
Not only did they validate the problems noted, but we were extremely impressed that they felt it was important that they repair them. Could it be that they really did want to “Take care of us”? They further showed their character when informing us that they would cover the costs. Did I mention that I was impressed? A car dealership that makes claims that they stand behind is rare these days. We thank God for the blessings we received at Arrottas AutoMax and would not be hesitant to encourage others to visit them for a wonderful vehicle buying experience.

It fits all our needs. We use it to travel and it is great on the road. The gas mileage is what was shown on the window sticker. HWY 28 City 24 I'm pleased with the mileage.
Have bought several vehicles from Arrotta's and always a pleasant experience. Will be back and highly recommend to friends and family. We will be back

I love the way this car rides. It drives so smooth. I especially like the bluetooth capabilities and the sync features. I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had an American car in years. I look forward to keeping this one for a long time. :)

I typically try to avoid dealerships but stopped by Northwest Motorsport one evening as they had a nice looking Duramax sitting on the lot. Met Fred initially and had a great interaction with him. Fred connected me with Joey and in the end they did such a great job that I bought the truck. Met Joe, the GM I believe, and he was upfront and a straight up guy. Had a slight mechanical issue after I got the truck home but Joe and Joey made it right. Great transaction and I would definitely go back for any future purchases.

This is my second Escape and it's great. I loved my 2010 and shopped across several brands to replace it last year. It came down to a Hyundai Tuscon or the new Escape. The Escape is just a little nicer and the price was the tipping point. I have an SE with the Sport Package and Sync3. It's an improvement over the older Escape because of improved view out and level of technology. The new Ford Pass app is a huge plus, that includes Remote Start for free!
The salesmen I had worked very hard to find me a car that would keep my payments as low as possible. I dropped by to look at a VW but they "thought" it had been sold. One of the salesmen drove up in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. The exterior had not been washed nor the inside of the windshield. I bought the car and after having it washed, I realized there were scratches and dents all over the car. In my opinion, the car was purposely left dirty to camouflage the exterior damage. Scratches too deep to be buffed out. Dents could not be repaired by the dent remover.
Sally is the BEST!! She is considerate to her customers' time and concerns, while still communicating effortlessly with everyone she interacts with. She made my entire purchasing experience wonderful!!

Love this, I've always owned smaller cars. Now I have an Escape. LOVE it !!! So much room. will keep it til it can't run anymore :)
Kyle Galaz was very friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions on my first visit in September of 2017 although he knew I was not going to take a stock car from their inventory. He spent 1-2 hours with me, letting me test drive a 2017 Maserati GT convertible and then on line to special order exactly what I wanted. Kyle provided timely updates on the progress of the build of my car in Italy, the shipping and subsequent arrival in CdA on February 13th. Dave Smith is even willing to keep it on their show room floor until the weather and icy roads improve so I can drive it home even though I paid for it and it is taking up floor space. Nancy was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and delivered it. I had been to several different lots and they had their own agenda. They tried to sell me a car I didn't want. I told Nancy about this experience and she went above and beyond for me. I have extremely limited time. She was honest about the timeline and clear about the expectations of the process. She text me all the details and worked out all the financing while I was working. When everything was said and done I came in and my paperwork was waiting for me.
