Used 2020 Ford Escape for sale in Columbia, MO

I have been buying cars from Scottie at Joe Machens Nissan for several years. He is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. No pressure to buy, honest, and upfront about everything. I will definitely choose this dealership again when buying my next car. Also, Tara in the service department is amazing. Having a great service professional has definitely helped, especially since we have 3 teenagers driving.

I am pleased with my decision to purchase this Ford Escape. Must have been made with me in mind. I am a retired outgoing senior lady. Great style, color and just the right size. Excellent gas mileage and I simply love the comfy ride.

After spotting a possible purchase vehicle on the web, I asked for more info on a particular car. I did get a prompt response and indicated I was need ifurther review of my choice. Machens seemed to be competitive and willing to serve which is what I wanted in my research.

Bought the vehicle in December of 2020. First new car I've bought in over 20 years. Absolutely love this vehicle. Great gas mileage. 3 cylinder, turbo that has some is powerful. Great back up camera and love the big screen display for the radio. Easy to reach controls. Easy to reach cup holders. Plenty of room inside, don't feel cramped. Rides smooth for such an economical car.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair work done on my car. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The repair work facility has not been renovated as have the other Joe Machens show facilities, therefore the 2 star rating. I frequent the Toyota facility on Vandiver, but this was a car accident repair.

Great AWD hybrid option. Nice tech features but not too much. Like the app. Comfy accommodations. Plastic door panels look like cheap crocs though. Otherwise: Recommended!

I live in New York, and flew to Missouri to make my purchase. I was met at the airport, signed the necessary paperwork, and was on my way, driving my new car within twenty minutes. I was very happy with the negotiation process, as well as the ease of communication. I found the Sale Manager, Steve Rennells, to be most trust worthy and easy to work with. A surprisingly quick, fuel efficient, pleasant to drive vehicle. I recommend buying the Titanium version to receive all the benefits of owning the Escape. We’ll worth the additional cost.

On 8/25, I flew to Columbia, Missouri. On 8/26, I've purchased a 2002 Ford Excursion Limited. After the purchase drove from Columbia to El Segundo, CA where I have arrived on 8/27. The Main reason for this process = Reasonable Price!

I have the car in multiple time to get the foot activated lift gate to work right and it still doesn't work most of the time.

Service is great! And the staff is excellent... Cat Leiweke is wonderful with setting you up for a service. Would highly recomend this dealership to any needing a vehicle or their vehicle serviced.

Randy made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. Met with Matt Wilde for all the financing and paperwork. He was very nice and helpful.
