We just bought a 2020 Ford Escape it has 22,000 miles. It has been a great car so far. It has allot of leg room and head room, I am 6 ft tall, so I like that about it. It has plenty of zip on the highway and good gas mileage, no regrets on our purchase so far.

Bought the vehicle in December of 2020. First new car I've bought in over 20 years. Absolutely love this vehicle. Great gas mileage. 3 cylinder, turbo that has some is powerful. Great back up camera and love the big screen display for the radio. Easy to reach controls. Easy to reach cup holders. Plenty of room inside, don't feel cramped. Rides smooth for such an economical car.

Because of the low dealer rating, I didn’t want to be dissatisfied after driving over two hours to see a particular car. I shared my concern and Carl (salesman) explained the rating. We had a three hour travel from Alabama to the dealership and had a late appointment. Once we decided to purchase our F-250, the sales, finance and dealership manager all stayed late so we could get the deal closed. Patrick was very helpful and straight forward, not trying to push our decision. Made the buying experience easy and worth the three hour drive!

Dropped the car off for oil change, tire rotation and repair passenger side window. Work was done in a timely manner. No charge for the oil change because it was the first one at Pugmire for this vehicle. The window repair was no charge because the vehicle is under warranty. Ended up no charge for the work done.
