I took my car in just before lunch time kind of knowing it will be a while before the guys can get it done, but i ended up getting my car an hour in a half before they said it will be done. I'd driven the same car since I was 16 (I'm 25) - an old model Tahoe, which I loved. Then I got in a fender bender. Because the car was old, had 200,000+ miles and some other body damage, insurance totaled it. So I'm driving around in this crappy little Fiat rental, and suddenly I have a very small window to find a new car. I wanted something with low milage, AWD/4WD for off-road, but with good mpg (I live in Virginia Highlands & work in downtown Atlanta). Subaru's basically the only make for it. So I decided on a 2012-2014 Crosstrek with 30k miles. I researched and found several in the area. The lowest price point by far was at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Kennesaw, so low in fact, I was sure there was a catch. I called to schedule a drive for a 2013 Crosstrek. Randomly, a man called Oscar answered there. I can't describe how fortuitous this was. Oscar Bryant is not just a good salesman (which he is). He is good people. This was my first time buying a car, ever. I was nervous, skeptical, steeling myself for a tough experience. TV has created the trope of the used car salesman as the epitome of sleaze. Oscar defies this. In short, there was no catch. Even my dad, who helped me through the process, and who is a hard case when it comes to salesman (he's been a salesman himself for 40+ years) was pleased and even impressed (I don't say that lightly) with the process. Genuine 5 stars across the board. Seriously, a pleasure to buy a car up at ALM Kennesaw, and if you call, ask for Oscar.
Dan and gang from the service department took great care of me, even though I did not purchase my 2016 Explorer from Toothman Ford. After my car was towed to their shop, they worked with Ford to get my back-ordered part that week. I was always treated with respect and courtesy with every phone call I made to them regarding my vehicle. Thanks again for such great service!

I applied for financing through other dealers and the terms were not realistic for me. A Carvana truck was in neighborhood, that is how I learned about them. Bought my car online Dec 2nd, 2015 - no muss, no fuss. 2012 Kia Soul, cream, manual (6 speed ), 34,000 miles. Went up to Atlanta, signed the documents, drove off in my new sweet girl. No problems, no issues with financing, no mechanical stuff...Carvana delivers what they say they will deliver! Look, if you want to haggle or argue, go to a dealership. If ya know what you want (like I did) and you know what you want to pay (like I did), take a real look at Carvana. Personally, I will never go dealership again. And my sweet 2012 Kia Soul? Everything I wanted, and runs like a charm. Love my little Soul sista, and HIGHLY RECCOMEND Carvana!
From the Service Manager, Jon, to Hunter and Stephanie who showed compassion and empathy after my having gone through a huge ordeal wiped away, at least for a short time, my pain and helped me to smile while ensuring that my car was taken care of for my long drive back to the north and caring for my safety.
Hunter left no stone unturned in his effort to help me to get the car fixed without an undue financial burden together with Stephanie's and Jon's approval. Whether it was a small gesture to getting me a cold soda to a meal and a ride to an imp appointment, it was done with speed and kindness. Eddie worked on my car and made sure it was safe right down to plugging a hole in my tire. His mechanical ability saved me hundreds of dollars due to a bad part affecting another part of my car. Kudos to him also.
Please thank you for helping me and when I told my son overseas, he wept. He got so emotional and will thank Hunter and Jon when he comes home on leave next summer.

I wasn't sure how things were going to go walking into ALM South but I was optimistic. This location has a huge selection and I was pleased with the choices. I worked with Berthel and he did a great job making me feel at ease. The process took the shortest amount of time ever. Working with Sabrine in Finance was such a pleasure. Jawon was awesome.
We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.
We have dealt with Preston previously and have never been unhappy with their service - both in purchasing a vehicle and when the vehicle had to come in for routine service or minor concerns with the vehicle. This was our first service call for this vehicle and we are very pleased with what was done and the service the staff provided.
This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.
Eric, thanks for the email. I was somewhat concerned with the Lincoln Continental service promised to me when I bought the car. Only because I had 3 Jaguar XJs as well as an XKR so I have been spoiled by top notch service for the past 12 years. This was my first experience with service and I can say that it was 100% perfect. The pick up and delivery was on time and perfect. By the way this car is amazing. I'm a bit of a car nut and I ordered it with everything except the back seat package. It listed out at about $70,500, almost $30,000 less than my last XJ and I like it better. It's a joy to drive and I can't wait to get in it every day.!!!!!!!??😊.
