Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

I stopped in Griffin Ford to look at a used truck. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Sajewcka with the sales team. Scott was very personable and he had tons of knowledge about Ford trucks. He was very interested in helping me find the exact truck that would fit my needs and lifestyle, he did this without any pressure to "make a deal" this is very important to me, I don't appreciate pushy salesmen/women. As it turns out we did not find the truck I needed on the lot at the time... but I will continue to look at there site, because when the right fit does come around I hope to do business with him, as he is genuine, honest and patient. I recently bought a used car at Heiser. The experience was fantastic. Its like a family owned company where everyone makes you feel at ease and welcome. Honest and customer focused. After the sale i found an issue. They insisted I bring it in to make it right. They went above and beyond to make sure it was. It is an amazingly nice surprise to find a company and people with such a strong commitment to customer service. Genuinely looking out for their customers. The next time i need a used or new car, they will absolutely be the first ones I contact, even if they are 80 miles away.

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

Bought a new Kia Seltos from Boucher Kia, and the sales and management folks with whom we dealth throughout the process were always respectful and as helpful as they could be. Did experience two significant frustrations, neither of which appears to be the fault of the dealership. The first was a 6+ month wait for the Seltos we ordered to be delivered. This kind of delay is on Kia, more than the dealership, so I don't fault them. The second frustration was that the 2WD version of the Seltos we ordered is apparently not something Kia gets a lot of orders for and thus is not something they want to produce very many of. The car Kia produced to fill our order and sent to the dealer was the 4WD version of what we ordered. The dealership apologized and gave us a discount off the higher 4WD price, but again the core problem was with the company. If Kia doesn't want to sell a 2WD version of this Seltos trim, their website should not offer it as an option. That said, so far we really like our new Seltos, and we give the Boucher dealership credit for working with us.
