Awesome experience for my first BIG car purchase! I worked with Kevin Emling to get my dream car in the price range I needed it while the market is still in the hole. We found my car and was never pressured throughout my selection and decisions which at other dealerships in the past I have being a young girl to get something more expensive. The process of getting my car was painless and everything was explained throughly to me on what I was paying as well as my trade in I was over the moon with! I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I have no had this car too long. So far, so good. But I have owned previous Escapes. Lots of added features on this one!

I can always count on my service needs being met. Quick Lane is convenient. My last service Was completed on time and corrected.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

Brian did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about all the different features the vehicle and took the time to make sure we knew how to use them. Lisa in the finance department really knows her job and works with you every step of the process to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

The staff was efficient and my car is running smoothly. My vehicle was covered under warranty but it was difficult to work out due to it being a weekend. The staff was very helpful with getting back to me and keeping me updated through the next week and were able to fit me in right after.

The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.
