Salesman got me exactly what I wanted in. The finance department got me alone without running my credit 13 times like every other dealership does I will not go anywhere else now.

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I don't drive much so my last oil change was several months ago. Although arriving early, this place was bustling but that was OK as I planned ahead and brought a book.

I have owned Ford Escapes for my past three cars. The 2023 is my favorite. Smooth ride The display is so much larger. The adjustable rear seats are an added bonus

My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.

If you head to Atchinson Ford then ask for Chris Rogers. My wife and I stopped in a couple weeks ago, met Chris, and test drove a couple vehicles. We were starting to shop around and my wife wanted to test drive multiple cars before purchasing. Chris was not pushy in any way which I appreciated. He just said if we decide to come back then let him know. Two weeks later we decided to return and found an Explorer that my wife liked. Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it !
