Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
Scheduled an oil change for 1030am on a Saturday. Was told it would take an hour and a half because of the amount of walk-ins, but we would be given priority because we had scheduled our maintenance. They have a nice waiting area and an area were they will make you food and snacks, free wifi and charging stations for your phones and tablets. Took almost exactly an hour and a half as promised.
After a negative experience at a different Mercedes dealership, I sought Christi Armstrong out because of her positive online reviews. I now see why people have taken the time to review her performance. She's great! She's honest, very knowledgeable about the product, has a passion for driving, and went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and have fun with the car buying experience. The whole staff is excellent ??? Nancy who always says 'hello' and follows up every visit with a call, and Dan who did the financials was just a delight to work with. I can't say enough about this dealership, the people there are great, down to earth, and extremely customer-focused. We are big fans!
I have an old Mercedes with a crazy diagnostic and stop running. I took the car on a flat bed trailer and drop in for service. Shawn Durham helped me making room for the car without an appointment and even to park it (did I mentioned that he had to push the car becaus was not running?) I have not enough words to express my gratitude. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and (even more) thanks to Shawn.

Moved to Ann Arbor a year ago, and have leased a new M-B every 3 years over the last 7 US cities in which I've lived. This last was year 3 with my previous vehicle; over that time, Dan Wilson and his service staff (esp. Beth and Bryan) were consistently professional and engaging, ensuring a positive outcome every time. For the new lease, I partnered with Christianna Armstrong - whom oversaw the research, due diligence, and ultimately - delivery of the new vehicle. The entire experience with her was nothing short of superb; she was informed, responsive, and a true ambassador for what great customer experience should be. And to prove what's good goes full circle: Dan Wilson was promoted to the Finance Director, so was able to continue that positive interaction with him as part of this this latest chapter. Mickey Hurley is very friendly, knowledgeable and was extremely accommodating during our visit. He patiently explained all different options for the vehicle and helped us choose the right model. He even drove to our home to set the garage door codes. He sets high standards for customer service. It was pleasure doing business with Mickey. Dan, who is the finance manager at this dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail about various warranties.
Michael was very accommodating and patient. He was easy to work with and eagerly helped me to find a car that met all of my needs. Dan, the finance manager patiently explained every step at the closing.

First of all, many thanks to Micheal???s help on getting us a new car! Frankly speaking, we were going to the dealer just for a flat tire instead of leasing a new car. I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don???t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I have been visiting multiple dealerships but never got the knowledge and friendliness I got here. You could tell how much love Alex has from the brand right away. He drives one, and knows all there is to know about thes cars, the mechanics behind them and what makes them amazing automobiles. Also, as I have stated, Alex not being pushy let the car spek for itself and made me trust him even more. I entered the deslership with the idea that all car dealers are xxxxxxxx and left impressed with the fact that it was not true. To say the whole staff went above and beyond would be an understatement, and I am grateful and happy to now be part of the BMW family. I would recommend this dealership and especially Alex to anybody in the business to buy an amazing driving machine. Also, the financial manager (Ray) made time to meet me at a personal level and also made extra efforts to make sure I was getting the best financing possible. As I for some reason got denied for the credit he made sure it was not a mistake (which it turned out to be) and i left home with the car of my dreams and a great deal all thanks to him.

We were in a unique situation of needing parts and service for our R350 to continue on our journey home. With two kids in tow, Beth, Jelani, and Shawn accommodated us with a vehicle while servicing our vehicle as quickly as possible. Thank you for making this stressful situation a little bit easier 👍🇨🇦
I it a pot hole on the interstate and blew out a tire. I was able to get my car to the dealership that night and I was there at opening the next day. Dereck had my car ready quickly so I could get to a funeral. Great team at BMW of Ann Arbor.
