Used 2024 Ford Escape for sale near Allen Park, MI

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Saw used car on internet, stopped in to check it out. Kevin let me look over the car before approaching me. He was helpful answering my questions, explaining features. At NO time did I feel pressured to make a deal. We negotiated what I feel was a VERY FAIR PRICE. Car was handed over freshly washed and with ample gas to get me home. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive. Kevin is a very fair, NO PRESSURE, friendly person to deal with. I would send anyone shopping for a vehicle to him. Nice waiting area, clean facilities, and free coffee too!

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Best parts department ever! I get all my parts from there. Everybody's super nice answers every question I have. Super employee of the year is "Carl" I wanted an oil change before I went on a trip and I always come to your dealership to get it but I couldn't get an appointment as fast as I wanted. Went to two oil shops and they said I need it full synthetic oil. So I called the man that knows all Carl and he told me that I needed a synthetic blend for my F-150. I got my oil and filter from him also battery wiper blades even changed the batteries in my key fobs. He then said his wife is getting a new F150 truck. Now I'm thinking I want a new truck just got a convince my wife! I have 2016 f150 with 80,000 miles on it. I'll probably call Carl to see how can I convince my wife! Lol! I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. Zane, Mark, Victor, the whole team, provided the ultimate support throughout the sale and followup after (they dealt with a Secretary of State foul-up). We live an hour away, so most contact was via phone calls. They were always responded quickly to calls and called back with answers.
