Used 2024 Ford Escape for sale near Saginaw, TX

I hate sitting in dealerships to purchase a vehicle but these 3 hours went by fast. Big shout out to Aaron Williams he did a great job has my salesman. The test drive process was cool and relaxing the salesman didn't go with me so I could test the car as if it was mines. The facility was comfortable the AC worked great. I went to a place before this place and it felt like a sweat shop. Kudos on working AC. My only complaint was I told them what lender I wanted to go with but I saw were multiple lenders pulled my credit. Even if they where looking for the best deal I had told them who I wanted to purchase through. Overall I will give Echo Park an A+.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Went in on July 12th to trade in my old car, and the process was outright amazing. Freddie answered my questions for the most part. Suleman (I think that's his name) helped arrange financing in a deal that wouldn't break my budget each month. No high pressure sales tactics. And I got good trade-in value for my old car. It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

I have taken my truck their in the past and have always received great service. I was having an issue with my truck when I bought it new and I went to AutoNation in North Richland Hills I didn?t buy from them but they took care of it anyway. I had previously taken it to grapevine dodge and they didn?t fix the issue I was having basically told me they could do nothing and gave my truck back I will never take any vehicle I own their again. When I first took my truck to autonation Matthew helped me and he has gone above and beyond any customer service representative I have ever dealt with. So when I started having issues with my radio I went back and once again dealt with Matthew and once again he provided excellent customer service.

We visited Five Star Subaru to look at SUVs and were greatly pleased with the customer service we experienced. We had Nick immediately greet us inside. We let him know off the bat that we were not in a place to purchase same day and he was extremely pleasant and still gave us his full attention and guidance through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable regarding the Outback and Forester and we really appreciated the fact that he personally owns both of those vehicles. He answered all of our questions. I can truly say that we will be purchasing a Subaru a lot quicker than originally planned because of his hospitality, pleasantness and expertise.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Best experience ever. Super helpful sales people making it possible to purchase our new Accord. The finance experience was excellent with everything explained to my understanding. My purchase at AutoNation was a friendly purchase and I wished I would have purchased our Ridgeline from AutoNation. I know I would have received a better deal at AutoNation.
