I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

We had a great experience with Mitch! When we got to the dealership for our test drive he was super familiar with the vehicle and was able to tell us all the details. I have worked with sales associates at dealerships who are not familiar with all the features like that, so I really appreciated him doing his homework and being prepared and knowledgeable. The dealership is kid friendly, clean and everyone is really nice to work with. We will come back if and when we need another vehicle!
