Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. From initial appointment with same or next day service Willowbrook Ford provided excellent quality dependable service for my entire visit! Turnaround time was great. The other customers seemed to be in and out quickly too. All the other customers seemed happy and content as well. The Staff is professional and friendly! Showroom is spotless as was the restroom. They even have an area with cubicles where you can work or have more privacy if needed. As well as a separate adjacent more family oriented waiting room with play area accommodations for guests with children or just a place where you can hang out while you wait. Water and coffee are complementary provided, there are well stocked vending machines and areas to charge electrical devices. Wonderful experience and my car looks and runs great! My wife and I had a great experience buying a car at North City Honday, assisted by Dom. We entered the showroom on a Saturday afternoon thinking we were just starting our car shopping journey. We weren't looking for anything in particular, other than knowing we were interested in a hybrid or plug-in hybrid, and a little bigger than the almost 20 year old Honda Civic Hybrid we were replacing. Dom listened to what we knew we wanted, what we knew we didn't want, and then guided us to look at an Accord. We looked at two models of the current year, as well as a previously owned vehicle that wasn't prepped for sale yet. By the end of the day, we bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, which we think will serve our needs very well. The worst part of the experience was waiting for the financing to be processed, since we didn't think we were quite ready yet we hadn't arranged that ahead of time. But a vehicle we liked was available, and we thought it best to get it without dithering. Dom (our sales person) and Kylie (financing manager) made the process straightforward, and we'd go back to this dealership again.
