This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

The whole process was pleasant and simple. The staff was very friendly, especially my salesman Justin making sure I was taken care of and all my questions and concerns were answered. At the end of the day no one likes buying a car and having to deal with all that comes with it, but I have to say Gary Crossley Ford changed my outlook in a very positive way. This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

The 1st visit after purchasing an Escape in October 2024. I left my car and by the time I got home it was ready. 30 minutes. The works.. Had a very positive experience with the purchase here also

I have had great service there for years. However, they tried to push expensive services on me that are not required in my Ford manual thousands of miles before necessary. Big turnover of staff I noticed. Not sure what is going on at the management level. Service manager is pushing BG products and not Ford Motorcraft. Maybe will buy a Toyota next time.

Dean and his team do a great job, they do all the service work on both of my vehicles, from oil changes to new tires. Are very thorough when checking to ensure things are correct and I trust them, which they earned.

Came and got the truck, did the needed work and brought it back to me all the way out in Olathe. great Service.

At this point all I do is call, give them my phone number(when they start with that), schedule what I need done and it is taken care of. The Valet service is nice, (make sure to schedule a few days in advance and have a Lees Summit address for them to pick up from). Super pleased.

The service lady was exceptional. She was courteous and kept us informed about the timeliness and cost of the repairs. She explained the need for each repair and made suggestions.
