I was greeted as I drove in and was promptly assisted by the service advisor in scheduling my oil change. Since the service could be completed withing a short amount of time and the dealership has a comfortable waiting area I chose to stay and wait for the work to be done.
When the service was completed the service advisor carefully reviewed the service invoice and work that had been done and answered any questions I had regarding the service, future service needs and any general questions I had about my car.
I am completely satisfied with the work done and the care and attention I received from the service advisor and dealership.
My wife and I saw a car on their website and went in to look at it. We were greated by a very nice, no pressure salesman, Trevor. He was very informative and helpful to make sure what our needs really were in a car. The purchase was easy as well.
Smolich is absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience a person could have!!! My wife and I went in on a whim to check out a car, we were working with another dealership in town for a car that was 3 years older, and Were feed up with the way the other dealership was playing games, so with that we went to Smolich to see Corey.... we had no expectations of taking a car home that night, with our credit that just doesn’t happen! We sat down with Corey to do our paperwork and there were no negative negotiations, we told them about the car and price of the one we were looking at, and they were able to put us into a brand new 2018, for $1500 more than the used one we had been looking at. And we were able to take the car home the same night. The entire process took 2 and a half hours and that’s with a 25 minute test drive. We love the fact that you deal with one person, except the finance persons to sign paperwork, they definitely earned our business for life, we will be back when I am in the market for a new truck. Thank you to everyone at Smolich!!! You guys nailed it.
We were searching for a used car online and had specifics as to the model, year and price. Robberson Ford in Prineville happened to have what we were looking for. We drove the 4 hours from Medford to Prineville to drive the car and it was everything that was promised. Mike Doolin was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the buying process so easy! He even came in on his day off to make sure we were treated with the highest regard. Thank you so much! We wish more car dealers were like this!
What a great shopping/buying experience we recently had at Robberson Ford in Bend! Adam was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, yet relaxed and non abrasive. It was the best auto buying experience we have ever had! Adam went (way) above and beyond so we could seal the deal and get on the road for the holidays!
No pressure. Ben listened to what I was after in a truck and presented several options both new and used. Came back the next day and he'd obviously done his homework. Had a truck that he thought would be the best fit and was the one I drove off the lot. Our negotiation was relatively quick and painless. I ended up with the truck I wanted at the price I had in mind and received a fair value for my trade in. The best car buying experience I've ever had.
We drove from the Portland area to purchase the car my husband was looking for. Ben Eyart was very helpful from the time we inquired about the vehicle over the phone to the time we drove it to take it home. We were in and out in no time! We've just purchased a car for me from another dealer and the experience we've had was totally different. There was no haggling at all. If we'll ever be in search for another car, we will come and check Robberson first for sure
Buying cars from a dealer has always been a task more than a fun experience. No longer! We thoroughly enjoyed the attention each person gave us from the various departments we worked with and felt we were "important", not just another person looking to buy a car. There attention to detail, answering questions and going the extra steps to get us what we wanted was beyond compare.
