Mike and Glen are two of the nices people you will meet. They are so respectful and courteous of there customers. I was really upset one time about something they couldn’t control and got mad at Mike. He just stood there and took it. He didn’t deserve the xxx chewing I gave him. But he still treated me great. I wouldn’t have treated me great. I respect him now more then ever and I will never do that to anyone again. I felt horrible. Mike and Glen are awesome!!!!!!
We drove 80 miles to deal with Les Mack Ford and are glad we did. Wade came in on his day off to help us and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone at the dealership went the extra mile to make the transaction seamless. We will definitely go back in the future.
Carson, Brian and Gary were great to deal with. They had the vehicle I was looking for in the correct color and options I wanted. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Lancaster and did everything over the phone. The vehicle was as described when I arrived. The whole purchase process went smoothly. They were not pushy, were not trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Took "no" for an answer, something rare in sales and F&I people today. I wasn't expecting the service I received because I was "just" buying a vehicle. Since I'm 3 1/2 hours away they knew they were not going to get future service or parts sales from me but I was treated just as anyone local coming in to buy a vehicle. I was very pleased to see a group of people who still care about customer service.
These guys are the best in the business! Im a single woman who never gets pushed around here. My last 2 cars habe come from Scott Doc Dannit. I will never go anywhere else. He and the finance team did thier best to get me into the right car each time. I never felt pressured. Ypu become family when you purchase cars from Richardsons!!!
Had a less than stellar experience the first time we stopped in. The salesman was okay during our first test drive. He seemed upset when we wanted to think about it, and when I emailed back stating we were going to look at more expensive vehicles, we never heard from him again. Common sense would to offer us iget vehicles to look at. A couple months later we're stopped back in and met with Chad (Vern). He took us for test drives in the vehicles we inquired about and also gave us other options we hadn't thought about. The whole team was able to bring the price down to where we were comfortable (with trade-in). We had to stop in a couple different times for different things, ...and Chad was very accommodating- even offering to come in on his day off. A brake light was out and were stopped in and out was fixed (no questions asked) in about 10 minutes. Our 2nd experience more than made up for our first! We will definitely be back when it's time to trade- in our next vehicle!
Great communication good details and very professional highly recommend. Very easy to maneuver through to find ideal cars of interest. This website is fantastic for car buyers renters and sellers I was very astonished by its features.
They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
AS ALWAYS, Cindy in the Brown's service dept goes above and beyond to set up my vehicle repairs in a timely manner and stay within her estimates, and sending me home with a courtesy vehicle. I totally trust the Brown's service dept and am very happy with the quality of the repairs!
Earl and staff were all very helpful and accommodating. They provided timely responses to my questions via phone and e-mail without being aggressive and impatient. I appreciated their candor and dignity and the mature way they do business. J's has a professional office and approach. It was a pleasant experience to buy a car from this business in Manchester.
I had excellent service and help at Richardson. Chris Cruse, the salesperson with whom I worked, was knowledgeable, intelligent, fun and extremely nice. I will return to Richardson and ask for Chris again the next time I want to buy a car. Dennis, the manager, was also outstanding. He was/is helpful and no nonsense.
Brandon Aureden went above and beyond to make my car buying experience great. He went through the process with me step by step answering all my questions with intelligence. Brandon put me with just the right vehicle. Love my Ford Escape. Finnan Ford is wonderful.
