I bought a 2009 Expedition XL, limited, fully loaded in 2015. I love the car! Its so comfortable, even when all 8 seats are taken. The Heated and a/c front seats and heated back seats is my favorite feature. Within 24 hours of purchasing my car the air ride suspension failed. Lithia took the car back right away and had it fixed that same week. Two weeks later my drivers side window (pouring rain) fell off the track and would not roll up and blew the motor in the window. Again, Lithia gladly took the car and fixed it. About a month later several fuses failed. My warranty did not cover them and they set me back quite a bit, but thats the nature of buying a used vehicle, things like that come up. Kyle and Bonnie in the service department have always gone so far above and beyond to be accommodating and just genuinely kind. I dont know how much Kyle and Bonnie make but I can guarantee its not even close to what they are worth. They make an unpleasant (car repairs, blah) situation and make it bearable. I have greatly appreciated their positive, kind, and upbeat attitude every time Ive gone in there. I have to admit that I was quite frustrated with my frequent service trips for a vehicle that passed all of their mechanical inspections. I have to drive about 45minutes each way and take time off of work or have my kids miss practices. So just that extra bit of kindness from Kyle and Bonnie went a really long way with me. I vote that they need a raise!
