The service manager was very helpful and informative about the service work being done on my escape (replacement of my left front parking lens) ford recommend job for 2.7 hours , which was close to 4 to 5 hours . Great Job to the mechanic and service manager .

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.

Our experience is always positive. The customer service is phenomenal. The service team always does the best job at making sure we are satisfied.

This suv has met all our needs and is very comfortable. Easy entry and exit. Smooth ride and has great vision. Handles well in traffic.

I don't normally write a review and never outside of google or amazon but I just have to get the word out there because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! It's like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didn't really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didn't wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

This vehicle so far is just what I was looking for.. Not sure yet how it performs in the snow hopefully it will be great seeing I live in the country with hills and etc..

What I liked the most is that even though things got delayed during my service , they overcame the situation well and made it better quickly! Thanks !

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.

I'd give more stars if I could. I had been looking for a Toyota Camry and I live in Connecticut. I found one at a local dealer but they (as usual) kept giving me the run around. They kept saying they couldn't find the keys and were waiting to get new ones cut. Well after a week of that I gave up and went back online only to find a beautiful 2013 Toyota Camry with only 31000 miles! I called and spoke to Daphne and she couldn't have been nicer. She understood my situation and later that afternoon I drove up and test drove the car. No high pressure sales. It's a family owned lot with some great cars. I bought it that same day and picked it up the next. Daphne even put 4 new tires on it. I would highly recommend checking them out before you buy elsewhere. It was worth the 2 hour drive and I love my Camry. Thanks so much.

The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.

I purchased my first car from this dealer about a year ago. The good thing about them is that they are a one-stop shop because they have their own repair shop. So I always do my maintenance with them.

So far so good, wish it would get better gas mileage. Enjoying the sun roof and great features. It will meet my needs and expectations.

I've bought a (used) new for me car a few times in my life. It's never a fun experience. But this time around the process for the most part felt easy and rather low-key. I enjoyed working with a female in sales, Michaela Mulry. She was responsive, informative and had a very good sense for what I was looking for. Micheala has helped make the process smoother and has answered my questions or found answers. I'm so pleased thus far with my 2015 Mazda Cx-9! And I know if I need to reach out to her for anything she will be available.

I'm a single mom with some credit problems. Everyone at this place is so nice. They didn't make me feel bad because of my credit. They helped me go over my credit report and were actually able to stand by what they say about 'Everyone is Approved' AND, I didn't have to go to the RMV because they are able to register on-site, and do the inspection. I was So scared to try to buy a car by myself but the men are super nice and didn't take advantage of me. Thank you to Doug, Victor and Dennis!! I'm going to tell everyone to go to you! They told me they would have me in the right car for my budget and commuting, and they did! I really can't say thank you enough!

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!

I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford at the end of May and wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review, so apologies for the lengthy novel. I had worked with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield earlier this year and while I didn't end up purchasing from that dealer, my experience with them led me to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford was one of the only dealers in the area with the specific color and package I was looking for (Magnetic Gray Titanium with the Sport Appearance package) and they had the best online price. Mike Walsh was my salesman and he was great to work with; he didn't push to close the sale when I said I wasn't ready to buy until after test driving the RAV4 and CRV. Gary is also fantastic, he's extremely knowledgeable about each of the additional coverage options and warranties offered and is responsive to any questions. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been while assisting me with a gap insurance policy issue. As far as the Escape, I've had to bring it in for warranty issues twice sine June. My experience with the Service department has been excellent, Brian and his team are attentive and responsive. One of the warranty issues currently doesn't have a resolution, which is on Ford itself, but John Celesk went above and beyond when I brought my frustrations to him. I was honestly surprised he was willing to listen, since it wasn't a Sales issue. Overall, I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

I have now bought 4 cars from Highline and have had the best experience ever. May 2017, I bought a 1999 red Porsche 911 (996) from Highline. I never thought I would own a Porsche so it was a dream come true. Then in December 2017, I bought a BMW X1 for my daughter. Another excellent purchase. About three months ago, I traded in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler (that I loved) for a Porsche Panamera 4. I love that car and can???t wait until I can drive it in the snow. Having said all of this, I still was in the market for a 911 convertible with AWD (my real dream car). Well I bought one (and traded in my red 911 and got a fair deal) from Highline. I now have the car of my dreams and it is awesome! James, Charlie, Chad, Tony, and Mike have just been great! These guys also service my cars. I went to Porsche dealership for service and they did a great job but they also had dealership prices. The sales and service are both remarkable and I will only deal with these gentlemen from now on. Honestly these guys have great used cars with excellent prices and service. If you have a problem, speak directly with them and they are more than happy to help straighten out any issue. My experience with Tony at JC Auto Sales was excellent. I have been shopping for a used car for my son for 4 months, and visited almost a dozen different used car dealers. Tony and the staff at JC were BY FAR the most professional and honest people I dealt with during the process. From my first visit, to the test drive, thru the follow-up process, to the final negotiations and agreement on the work to be done prior to purchase - Tony was professional, courteous, respectful, honest and very proactive in his communication. He got all the work done on the car we wanted, and was fair in negotiation the final price. He also let me take the car off his lot, to my mechanic 30 miles away - have my mechanic inspect it, and then return the car 5 hours later. All the work my mechanic stated that needed to be done, Tony got done. No issues, no snark, no dishonest behavior. My son is now the proud owner of a Mazda CX9 that we bought from Tony - and I can't thank Tony enough for how great he was during the entire process. The used car business is a tough business - with a lot of shady characters out there. Tony is truly the exception. If you value honesty, professionalism, courtesy and respect in the car buying process - do yourself a favor and check out JC Auto Sales. Based on my experience - and I am a tough man to please - I can't recommend them highly enough.

I live in NH so I saw this car on-line along with a couple of others within 30 minutes of each other I planned to look at that weekend but when I walked in to BidCars Boston and saw the car, I didn't need to go any further. The 2014 Challenger was in fantastic condition, just what I was looking for and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. They let me take my time to look over the car on my own. Chris was a pleasure to talk to and deal with on the car (and about Harley). Moe was a pleasure to work with for financing and he took the time to explain everything. I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price I will not purchase or lease it again.

Colonial Ford in marlbough exceeded my expectations when buying my pre-owned vehicle. Gonzo was very polite and did everything he could to help me find what I was looking for with a price I could afford. I didn???t even buy a ford I bought a Jeep but I was still offered a great warranty through colonial and gonzo helped me find my new favorite vehicle!

This car meets our needs for style, size, price! We test drove the car and knew right away that this was the vehicle for us. Love it!

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.

My car died last week and I needed to buy a new car on a very short notice. I saw an amazing deal for a 2017 Chevy Cruze (priced way below market value with very low mileage--essentially it was like buying a brand new car), and went in on Memorial Day to check it out. Before I get deeper into my review, I just want to say that I'm the kind of guy that spends a lot of time doing research whenever it comes to any big purchase--I spent hours upon hours the few days prior to my visit checking out similar prices, looking at reviews of the car, looking at reviews of dealerships in the area, weighing the pros and cons of standard vehicles vs. hybrid vs. electric...I could go on for days. The part of my research that was really jarring and disappointing was when I looked into people's experiences at dealerships, which were often quite horrible. I read horror stories about people spending multiple hours at a dealership with extremely rude customer services reps and salespeople, and then either getting scammed into spending thousands of dollars more than they had been told they would or leaving without a car they were promised. I read hundreds of reviews that went like that, for a bunch of random dealerships in Eastern Massachusetts. When I had almost given up on finding a good dealership, a family member recommended I check out Huggard & Ewing after seeing the car online and speaking to the owner (Chris O'Neill), and at this point I was in a rush to get a car quickly, so we skidaddled out the door before I had a chance to read any customer service reviews. Based on reviews of other dealerships, my expectations walking in were extremely low. As you can probably tell by my 5-star rating, my expectations were vastly exceeded. My family and I were very quickly greeted by Big Joe and other very friendly members of the staff in the main area, and Big Joe helped set me up to test drive my car of interest. After the test drive, he was very honest and helpful in laying out my options, listening to my worries about the car and addressing them very professionally, and he let me make my own decisions about what was best for me financially. That was probably my favorite thing about BigJoe. He totally had the opportunity to try and up-sell me on another (significantly more expensive) car my family really liked, but he chose to be honest and laid out for me why the Chevy Cruze was very clearly the better deal. After deciding I wanted to purchase, I worked with Susan to work out an interest rate for the payments (she was great too), and Big Joe promised me that after being serviced, it would be ready for pickup the next evening. The whole process was quick and easy, I was in and out of there within 2 and a half hours. Big Joe delivered on his promise, and I was able to pick up the vehicle the next day and do a license plate swap there as well. He did all the paperwork needed to get the car registered properly, even filled my tank for me, and within two days I was all set to be on the road with my (essentially) new car. If I had to mention one other thing, it's that he and Chris gave me a more than reasonable value for the car I was trading in. I highly recommend Huggard & Ewing to anyone looking to buy a car--their customer service will not disappoint, and they truly have some of the best prices in the area (sometimes by FAR, especially in the case of my car).

This car I bought used at 3 years old and 52K mi, I now have 87K on it. It is fairly decent on gas. The only problem I have had with it is the car seems to have a problem with bypassing the anti theft system in order to start. I have it to be serviced again. I had an ignition switch replaced 6 mo ago and it started having this problem again. It would start right up after turning key after pushing it in in ignition. then sometimes it wouldn't . it would take 10 to 15 minutes to get it started. The last time I had to leave it at the grocery store parking lot and getting it towed after 45 minutes of doing this

When the 2019 Mustang "Bullitt" was announced, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the famous movie of the same name, which had one of the most famous movie car chases with Steve McQueen driving his '68 Mustang in the beautiful "Dark Highland Green", I placed my order with sales rep. Harry McDougall. Because of Ford's odd methodology of allocating special vehicles, Harry and the dealership worked very hard to obtain this limited-production car for me. He was just as excited about it arriving at the dealership as I was! Everything, including the paperwork, went smoothly and the car is well worth the wait. This is my eighth Mustang. The first was a '69 coup, which was also my first new car, so this is also my "50th anniversary" for Mustang ownership. I have bought many different cars at Jannell over the past 30 years and, obviously, have had great experience here and can highly-recommend the sales, service and parts folks; and the management must be doing something right, too! Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.

I’ve known Rick for over 21 years. I purchased my first car from him back in 2000 and was very happy with the car and the service. Last year (2017) I brought my son there to purchase his first starter car. Rafael was very helpful and my son was very happy. Recently Rafael helped me again and I purchased a car for myself. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. BEST PLACE EVER!

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
