Used 2017 Ford Escape for Sale in Winchester, MA

I don't normally write a review and never outside of google or amazon but I just have to get the word out there because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! It's like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didn't really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didn't wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

I purchased a 2017 escape and it 70,000 miles my transmission went out. I took it to the dealer fortunately I had the extended warranty However, the dealer has had my vehicle now for four weeks and still has not put it on the rack to find out what’s wrong with it. If you go to Parsons Ford in West Virginia and have the extended warranty will give you a loaner car. But you may not get your car back for weeks on end and did not expect a transmission go out this early.

The service manager was very helpful and informative about the service work being done on my escape (replacement of my left front parking lens) ford recommend job for 2.7 hours , which was close to 4 to 5 hours . Great Job to the mechanic and service manager .

I Upgraded to the Ford Escape Titanium, Did a lot of research for a few months before purchasing. I decided to stick with a brand I knew I liked and was reliable.

Our experience is always positive. The customer service is phenomenal. The service team always does the best job at making sure we are satisfied.

I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst. I was in the wrecker industry for years and just dealing with many dealers...... Well... We all know how that usually goes. Louis F greeted me as I walked in. We sat down and spent a few minutes getting to know each other. Before I was shown cars, we discussed what I was looking for and to spend, as this was going to be my first car purchased from a dealer on finance. He made me feel at ease, as he wasn't pushy, demanding, or demeaning as I am Just a simple working man. He came back with 3 prices for 3 vehicles. 2 used , one new. That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life. I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price I will not purchase or lease it again.

I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford at the end of May and wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review, so apologies for the lengthy novel. I had worked with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield earlier this year and while I didn't end up purchasing from that dealer, my experience with them led me to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford was one of the only dealers in the area with the specific color and package I was looking for (Magnetic Gray Titanium with the Sport Appearance package) and they had the best online price. Mike Walsh was my salesman and he was great to work with; he didn't push to close the sale when I said I wasn't ready to buy until after test driving the RAV4 and CRV. Gary is also fantastic, he's extremely knowledgeable about each of the additional coverage options and warranties offered and is responsive to any questions. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been while assisting me with a gap insurance policy issue. As far as the Escape, I've had to bring it in for warranty issues twice sine June. My experience with the Service department has been excellent, Brian and his team are attentive and responsive. One of the warranty issues currently doesn't have a resolution, which is on Ford itself, but John Celesk went above and beyond when I brought my frustrations to him. I was honestly surprised he was willing to listen, since it wasn't a Sales issue. Overall, I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

I bought a new Escape with onboard navigation that gets 29 miles to the gallon. Now my wife can find her way home with plenty of gas to spare.

2013 Ford escape The service is always wonderful. I have had one issue for about a year, insulation around my exhaust pipe that keeps shredding. The staff finally fixed it. I do hope I do not see it hanging again. Thank you to Jim Foley and staff to correct it.

This suv has met all our needs and is very comfortable. Easy entry and exit. Smooth ride and has great vision. Handles well in traffic.

My husband and I were keeping our eyes out for a GMC Terrain or Acadia. I found a Terrain online and was 100% sure that was the car I was getting. I was in the process of rebuilding credit and Chris tried everything in his power to get us approved with payments in our price range. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with what we had to offer. The next morning he pointed us in the direction of a Nissan Rogue. I was convinced I would hate it but my husband told me to "just look at it". That same afternoon I went back to the dealer and test drive the Rogue. Let's just say, I am now driving a loaded 2014 Nissan Rogue and in love with it!!!!!! I instantly signed the papers and walked away with a smile! The sale was pain free and quick! I picked up my new car the next day (day 3) and do not regret a single second of it. Chris was amazing and if it wasn't for him, I would have never even considered the rogue (that I now love)

Colonial Ford in marlbough exceeded my expectations when buying my pre-owned vehicle. Gonzo was very polite and did everything he could to help me find what I was looking for with a price I could afford. I didn???t even buy a ford I bought a Jeep but I was still offered a great warranty through colonial and gonzo helped me find my new favorite vehicle!

The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.

I live in NH so I saw this car on-line along with a couple of others within 30 minutes of each other I planned to look at that weekend but when I walked in to BidCars Boston and saw the car, I didn't need to go any further. The 2014 Challenger was in fantastic condition, just what I was looking for and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. They let me take my time to look over the car on my own. Chris was a pleasure to talk to and deal with on the car (and about Harley). Moe was a pleasure to work with for financing and he took the time to explain everything. Kudos to both and to BidCars Boston.

This one is a winner. I would purchase another one when needed. No improvement is need, Ford seemed to think of everything. It has performance and comfort, easy to drive. Great fuel economy, 25 in city and 30+ on the highway. I have the 1.5 liter engine with turbo charge, has a lot snap.

Everyone in this dealership is very personable and friendly, the buying process was quick and easy. I will be back in the future to buy more fords!

I needed a newer - reliable car. Wanted some extra space for 2 dogs and crates and luggage. I travel all over the midwest for dog shows and fun.

This car is attractive, comfortable and roomy. The controls are relatively easy to understand. The ride is very comfortable. The fit and finish are great.

I walked in without an appointment hoping to be helped with honesty. I ran into Jeff who I later find out has only been there for 2 days, but I felt like he was there forever. Jeff was very informative and helpful and caring. We found a car in a matter of 5 minutes. I was able to test drive it and after a long day, because I wanted to make sure everything was just right, I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Juke. Everything was done, down to the financing, to the registration, and I didn't have to move or lift a finger, except to sign of course LOL. I would recommend everyone there, especially Jeff, as they were all very nice and helpful. Last year I purchased a 2011 Escape for my son and loved it, so I decided to trade in my Taurus for a 2017 with low mileages and tons of fun! It’s the perfect size SUV for me and my family. Looking forward to a ton of fun this summer!

Recently went in because my son referred me here he told me that the guys here work hard to get customers into a vehicle and that i would likely leave with a car. I spoke with a young man named Jonathan but they called him pachy, and let me tell you he was extremely helpful he made the process simple and presented me with a lot of options and tried to make sure i was getting the best deal. Unfortunately my credit/financial ability kept me from making purchase but I appreciate the efforts of Pachy and the supporting staff. When the 2019 Mustang "Bullitt" was announced, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the famous movie of the same name, which had one of the most famous movie car chases with Steve McQueen driving his '68 Mustang in the beautiful "Dark Highland Green", I placed my order with sales rep. Harry McDougall. Because of Ford's odd methodology of allocating special vehicles, Harry and the dealership worked very hard to obtain this limited-production car for me. He was just as excited about it arriving at the dealership as I was! Everything, including the paperwork, went smoothly and the car is well worth the wait. This is my eighth Mustang. The first was a '69 coup, which was also my first new car, so this is also my "50th anniversary" for Mustang ownership. I have bought many different cars at Jannell over the past 30 years and, obviously, have had great experience here and can highly-recommend the sales, service and parts folks; and the management must be doing something right, too! I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.

John Earl did an outstanding job in my purchase of a new Hyundai Accent! He listened to me and very quickly grasped my car-buying habits and expectations, picked up on the vehicle that I had pre-shopped online, and then made the terms of the deal happen, all over the phone, in probably no more than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! Great gas mileage and great for transporting kids. Sound system is high quality as well as the interior. Easy to clean and great trunk space.

You guys rock 👍. Most curteous, helpful and calminlgy understandable with the customer(s), waiting time is very reasonable, if you can???t wait, book ahead for that loaner or their shuttle driver will take you home and come back and get you when repairs are completed!

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.

I was originally looking at a 2011 chevy malibu that I had seen on the website. Our budget was between 250 and 350 a month. Jordan had asked us to consider a 2016 malibu as it would be better financially. The final number was 391/month so it was above the given budget but hopefully will work out in our favor. It was a VERY quick process, almost too quick as I feel some things weren't explained (like the warranties or gap insurance) very well if at all especially for this being my first time leasing a car. I felt very anxious not knowing what I was doing or what I was getting into until everything seemed to settle in place & work itself out. I'm happy with how everything turned out & I think I got a great car for a good price for what it's worth.

I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.
