Our service advisor, Jeff, is the man! He always takes great care of me and my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He is always a friendly face that greet us as soon as we arrive. Keeps us in great communication during the day while our cars in service. I always feel confident driving off the lot after my car has been taken care of.

Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. My husband passed away earlier this month. The AC in my F-250 hadn't worked properly for a while. They took it in for service after actually listening to my description of the problem. The repair was completed in a day and now my AC is doing its job. I want to especially thank Traci Daly an Raphael Martinez for what they did for me. Their considerate respect and kindness for me, and their efforts to make the experience as easy as possible for me during a difficult time can never be repaid. I can't thank them enough.
