getting discouraged searching for a car, stopped at three car dealerships,..no one seem to want to help us. so on the way home took a chance and stop at Lithia Ford. Two sale people with big smiles greeted us as we drove in,...a friendly young man ( Stephen Ash ) good sense of humor and a good listener. Stephen Ash stayed with us and help us find what I needed and liked. Stephen Ash and Bill Olivo Finance Manager took the time to help me get the car I wanted 2013 Chev Captiva Sport. The staff at Lithia Ford are very friendly and helpful, you want a great experience looking to buy a vehicle , friendly staff members, Lithia Ford is your place . I very much recommend Lithia Ford-Lincoln of Fresno . Great people Thank You Stephen and Bill and I really mean that , Thank You I am very Happy ! ( smiles right back at you guys ! )

best car i have owned. the performance is great and it is very quiet. i am surprised with the many features ane options the vehicle gas.
I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion form Lithia Ford. The service was excellentl; the staff was very patient when we were making a decision to buy a car. The staff also helped us by giving us the lowest possible price for the car and also showed how to use the car's features afterwards. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Lithia Ford to anyone looking to buy an affordable car.

We traded in our Xterra, because we just didn’t have any leg room with 2 full size car seats in the back. The Expedition has extra room to spare! Love our BIG family SUV
I have owned a variety of luxury cars and SUVs over the years, but have never bought a Mercedes-Benz. When I mentioned I was considering buying a new car (candidly, I had not even considered buying a Mercedes!) a fellow local attorney friend of mine, as well as another of my clients, each recommended that I visit MB of Fresno where they had purchased a Mercedes GLE 350 SUV and an E350 sedan. I was blown away from the moment I walked into the dealership. Every single person I met and dealt with at MB of Fresno involved in my new car buying experience, as well as the post-purchase customer service follow-up has been truly outstanding to work with. Everyone has treated me like royalty and made me feel special, even before I decided to buy a Mercedes. Everyone has been absolutely first class, from the Salespersons, mine was Dan Dupont (who was so patient with me over several weeks and answered my zillion questions and then helped me find the perfect GLE 350 SUV), to the Sales Manager, Adam Messick (a super nice guy who made me a great deal!), to the finance manager, Eric Souza, who patiently had to rewrite the entire contract first from a purchase, then to a lease, and then back to a purchase and never acted inconvenienced in having to redo all of the paperwork three times, to the friendly/efficient after-purchase customer service techs, Hayley Hauschel and Cecilia Nguyen (who each patiently instructed me, a techno dinosaur, on how to use the incredible number of technical/computer gadgets and features in my GLE, and even came to my house to help program the garage door openers on the car), to the service staff I have already encountered who handle my free weekly car wash and vehicle detailing that has kept my new baby spotless inside and out. Anybody can sell you a luxury car, but some dealers make you feel like they are doing you a favor, when they do so. But all of the Mercedes Benz of Fresno personnel, from top to bottom, put the customer first and want to make the entire car buying experience a real treat. I can wholeheartedly recommend MB of Fresno to anyone thinking of buying a luxury car. You won't regret it.

Very nice ride, lots of leg room, love the air cooled seating. towing capacity and handling if very good. Very reliable, low maintenance, all around vehicle....
Bought my 2011 Expedition Limited in April 2016 with 116k miles. 3 years later, I have 160k miles on it now.
It has served me very well. I love the power, the passenger capacity, and the vast cargo capacity.
When I first bought it, some oil was leaking down into the spark plugs causing a random misfire. Had it repaired and no issues with that since. At 145k, needed to replace the water pump. Other than that, the vehicle has remained fairly low maintenance.
I'm very happy with the purchase. I would have liked to get a newer one with less miles but didn't want to spend that much on the purchase.
This vehicle looks and runs great and I would recommend. Can expect 300k-500k miles with regular maintenance.
Jimmy was a great salesman. He spent time with us on both Saturday and Sunday. I particularly appreciated Jimmy's professionalism when I told him we were not going to buy the truck on Saturday and wanted the evening to think about it. He was polite, offered his card, and asked if we could make a "no pressure appointment" for the following day. This is the first time I've had a car salesman react in this way rather than the typical "what can we do to make a deal today" routine. Good job, Jimmy!

I’ve become very loyal to the Expedition. I have never had a problem with any of them. My last one I rolled over 150k in miles.
The mileage isn’t great obviously, but the versatility is amazing!
