best car i have owned. the performance is great and it is very quiet. i am surprised with the many features ane options the vehicle gas.
Yesterday we bought a 2018 Genesis 80 from Dean Team Hyundai. Andy Miller was our salesperson; he is just what you hope for in a salesperson - he wasn't pushy (the car really sells itself), listened to our wish list, was patient with our many questions, and had great knowledge of the car and its features. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. There's are nice:) We moved to STL 18 months ago and our 2011 and 2013 X's were purchased elsewhere but you wouldn't know it. I am always offered a loaner as a starting point, not just a ride. The dealer in MN where I purchased the vehicle didn't offer that always and even when it was a warranty repair. Secondly, Dan, Mike, and Victor in the service department are professionals who know their vehicles and always direct me to coupons or advertised service savings when I forget to look. They are honest in their service appraisals of my vehicles and willing to say when something isn't necessary. I never feel oversold on service or scared sold into additional services. What has really given me enthusiasm for this dealership once again was their willingness to advocate on my behalf for a pricey Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank sensor repair ($2300) at just 80k miles and not quite 5 years of ownership. They persuaded BMWUSA to give me more than fair compensation on the repair. Reminder, I didn't buy any of my previous BMW's from Autohaus. They are good honest people and I will shop for my next BMW from them for certain. When I told the cashier how pleased I was with their organization and how they treat their customers, she replied: "they treat the employees the same way. This is my 3rd dealership and they are the best to work for by far." Well-treated employees translates into well-treated customers in my opinion. Seems to be a good culture. Even the bells and whistles have bells and whistles! Amazing SUV at a fair price. Strong performance. Gorgeous styling. Plenty of room. Ford has a winner here! Very happy with this vehicle.
Bob Brockland does an excellent job on oil changes and tire rotations. Only takes about an hour and I appreciate the diagnostics on remaining tire and brake life.

I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.
Daniel was awesome. Just looking to shop for a new enclave and I felt comfortable with the good information that he was able to share.

For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!

Planning my retirement I decided to purchase this vehicle aligning my retirement with the vehicle being paid off. I had owned trucks before & knowing I would be doing side jobs I thought I'd rather go SUV instead of truck. As long as the seats could go down and allow me to put stock in the back.
WELL, that's was easley met, this vehicle is a luxury suv filled with comfort, style, high performance and technology. Something to make retirement years worth it
This vehicle has met all my needs and still looks/handles like it is brand new. This is my third Expedition and I would recommend this type of vehicle to everyone looking for a full size SUV.
I have nothing negative to say about my purchase, received a better rate than expected, Dave Chadwick was awesome to deal with, found me the best rate possible, I would consider it a new car rate for a 2015 used car. Dave could of stopped at the Kia certified rate, but found a local credit union that crushed Kia's rate. Shannon McGuire was great to deal with, hooked me up with a set of new floor mats, after the sale I got home and noticed that the car did not have any, and he was very knowledgeable about the car. Do yourself a favor, and remember to take your old plates off your car, this is my first car purchase in over a decade, and after all the excitement of buying my first newer car in 10 years, I forgot to take my old beat up plates off my trade in. The car was taken to auction with the plates on it, and I received a nice little picture of my old 2007 beater in the mail crossing the New Jersey Turnpike which set me back 65.00 bucks, the car looked just as great on the east cost, as it did in Jefferson County. I will go ahead and claim 65% responsibility for this, maybe 70%. I have no idea how my 325,000 mile car made it to New Jersey, I thought it was going to blow up driving from Herky to South County to trade it in. Despite being out 65.00 bucks and my wife screaming at me for being a irresponsible xxx, I have no problem taking my business back to Suntrup Kia South. Ok maybe 75% my fault on the plates.

Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal!

I’ve become very loyal to the Expedition. I have never had a problem with any of them. My last one I rolled over 150k in miles.
The mileage isn’t great obviously, but the versatility is amazing!
Ado and Jeff has been a great. I would recommend to friends and family. This was smooth without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

This is late, I apologize, but last summer I was looking to trade my 2013 Volt in on a 2017 Volt with ACC, Jack Schmitt had one optioned exactly as I would have. I walked into the showroom and was met by Tim Schuhardt and John Weilmusnster. Told them what I wanted, within 15 minutes they had inspected my trade and offered me a very fair and acceptable offer. 3 hours later my wife and I drove off in our new 2017 Volt. We couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience. Now in all honesty I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Jack Schmitt since 1989 and love their service department. I can say it's like being family when I visit the dealership. Kathy, Chad, Tim, John W, John R and Mike are all friends and make buying a pleasant experience. But I must say with the new Chevy's I'm only visiting the service dept for oil changes. Highly recommended.

For being an SUV, this is the most comfortable ride I've ever had. This King Ranch Expedition is loaded with extras. The brakes on this vehicle are superb. Usually on a full size SUV, it doesn't stop as efficiently as you would like, but this vehicle stops very well. Absolutely the best used vehicle I've ever had.
