I usually avoid dealerships (for a variety of reasons) but when three warning lights came on the dash of my Rabbit, I figured I'd better bring it to the dealer on the way home from work. I couldn't believe that I could name a time--that day-- and they were able to accommodate me.
I was very pleased with the experience. Tony, the service mgr, was very friendly and efficient. The facility was sparkling clean (well, it is new) and I enjoyed a fancy coffee while watching the news. By the time I'd taken my last sip, my car was ready. I will definitely be back, having revised my opinion of dealers, haha.
