Great Experience From Start to Finish!

After shopping around for a few weeks at multiple dealerships, I made a call to Levittown Ford. I was inquiring about a 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in white. When I called in, the person I spoke to was very friendly and advised me that they had the car in stock and advised me of the stock number. We then proceeded to make an appointment to come in a view the car. When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly front desk representative who introduced me to Wayne. He greeted us and took us to the car, where it was already sitting and ready for a test drive. There was NO wait, which was very refreshing as I've been in dealerships where the wait was inexcusable. After the test drive, we sat down with Wayne and discussed financing options. We were debating between a lease vs financing. After some discussion about the trade in value of my previous car, Jason M. came and showed us options as far as the trade-in value vs. worth. He was very understanding of our needs and was able to come to an estimate that was acceptable to both of us. After filling out the finance application, we were then waiting for Jason Merrit to finish with a client. He was very helpful and kept us updated along the way. We were originally advised that the car couldn't be delivered to us until 2 days later. We were expecting to drive away with the car, but we understood because we were there after shop hours. To our surprise, after waiting for bank approvals, we were advised by Jason Merrit that if I could get a payoff letter from my previous car, then he would be able to deliver the car the same day. Eventually we were approved through Ford Financial and the terms were just about on point to what was estimated by Wayne and Jason. Overall it was one of the smoothest transactions we've ever been through. The entire dealership was friendly and answered all of our questions. I'd gladly recommend this dealership and group to all of my friends when they're in the market for new cars. -Shane O.
