called ahead and came all the way from palm coast to check out the new mustang. needless to say after the test drive i was super excited. so my salesman Mike Murdock did a great job, before anything we made sure the price of my trade in and the price of the car were where they need to be and in writing before we talk anything else. i love that, because all the other dealerships i went to before tried to run a credit check before we even opened the door to the car i was looking for. i even showed up late and stayed way passed closing time but it made no difference to these great people. i will always be grateful for them working with me, and putting in their time to make sure i was happy with my purchase. 1,000% recommend this dealership if looking for a ford, (went to Gary yeoman's ford, palm coast ford and both of them wouldn't work with me.) P.S. the other dealers had the audacity to admit to me that they did BURNOUTS in their new 2016 mustangs they had in the when business was slow. i guess they thought since i was young i would find that "cool and appealing." so i checked the odometers on their cars and "brand new" mustang GT's had 150+ miles on them already ! i bought mine here at Duval Ford with only 40 miles After my test drive! so happy i took the drive over there. and every time i drove over they filled my tank ! i can go on and on, but i think you get the point.

We have been car shopping for a few months. We were not impressed wth other dealerships we visited. When we entered the showroom, Frederick greeted us immediately and asked the purpose of our visit and insured us that he could be of help. We told him what we had liked at on the lot and he immediately began searching for what we wanted in, hopefully, our new vehicle. Within an hour, we had found what we wanted in a new vehicle and Frederick, ???sealed the deal.??? He introduced us to Randy in the finance department and in another 20 minutes we had a new car! Excellent experience overall and in the mid to late fall, we are planning to return to hopefully buy a truck for my husband.😊

Service Representative Was Great!! Mechanic not so much!

Although I rate John Rohde at the top of the rating list, I cannot say the same about the individual who did the actual maintenance work on my vehicle. This comment is NOT directed at John Rohde in any way, as he is an exceptional Service Representative and I would much like to work with him in future. HOWEVER, with that said, I must express my dissatisfaction with the mechanic that serviced my Expedition. After having my vehicle serviced for an oil change and wheel alignment, the vehicle was brought to the front, at which time, it was relayed to me that the battery would need to be replaced in future as there was discharge on the positive connector. As I am a business owner and work very long hours, it makes it difficult for me to come in and I decided to have the battery changed at that time, so it was again returned to the shop. Once the vehicle was completed, I was on my way. Unfortunately, traveling at 75 mph down I-10, with a semi in my rear view, I suddenly noticed the oil cap was on the vent just behind the hood and it had been caught by the wind. Instinctively, I pressed my brake, and that caused the semi truck behind me to hit his brakes, which caused him to start to slide. I steered off the interstate onto the side of the interstate and fishtailed in the wet grass, at which time the oil cap flew off the hood and into a ditch full of water. Fortunately, I was able to keep control of the vehicle, and avoided being hit by the semi. I ended up having to wade through a ditch full of water to get the oil cap!!!! Needless to say, Bryan (service manager) received the FULL brunt of my anger when I called in. This was completely avoidable had the mechanic been more conscientious in his work. The vehicle had been back to the shop TWICE, and it strikes me that the oil cap was never noticed to be missing. My fear is that if the mechanics of your service department are that careless with an oil cap, what else are they being careless about? AGAIN, this has no reflection on John, as he was very professional. Bryan was also very understanding of my "temper tantrum" and was quick to assist and assure once he could get a word in edgewise. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT ONLY HAVE YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES RATED, BUT THAT YOU ESTABLISH A RATING SURVEY FOR THE ACTUAL MECHANIC THAT WORKS ON THE VEHICLE. IT IS VERY DISTURBING TO KNOW THAT HAD I GAVE A LESS THAN PERFECT RATING ON THIS SURVEY, IT WOULD HAVE REFLECTED ON JOHN AND THE MECHANIC WOULD NOT HAVE HAD ANY REPERCUSSION.

One might think "awesome", is a term typically used by the young and inexperienced. NOT HERE. Both my husband and myself are very experienced in life as well as business. Not much can get past us. We recently decided to update my vehicle and chose the mid-size SUV Ford Edge Titanium. We visited several dealerships in the St. Augustine and Jacksonville are, but, no one came close to our price and expectation, that is, until we arrived at DUVAL FORD. These folks are way ahead of the rest of the pack --- they were our to "wow" us, and so they did. Our salesman, Joe Singleton and his manager (Will) crunched the numbers in every different direction and at the end of the evening, we drive home in a new, fully loaded 2017 Edge Titanium at the price we established, which, by the way, was no easy task (although these guys made is look easy!) This is what "AWESOME" is all about in my book! Thank you Joe, Will and Duval Ford for making this gals dream come true. I highly recommend Duval Ford they are AWESOME! Diane & Dave

Meet Dark Knight. 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. Even though it has the 2.7L twin turbo V-6, this still produces 310 HP and will throw you into the back of the seat. I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

I'd been in the "gently used" truck market for about 6 months. I had a less than desirable experience (several years ago (15+ years) when the dealership was Mike Davidson). Anyhow, on a whim, I wanted to give Coggin Ford a shot as I had purchased TWO Hondas from Coggin Honda down the road in the past 5 years - so I was confident that even if I didn't buy something from the Ford dealership, I would at least have an awesome experience. I was not let down!! I was greeted by one of the most honest, polite, and down-to-earth "good ol' boys" I've ever met... especially in the car business! Jeff Parton was nothing but professional and friendly. He didn't waste my time - he asked a few basic questions as to what I wanted, what was in and out of scope, and whether or not I was going to trade something in. We got right down to business. The experience from lot arrival to driving away with my new [to me] F150 SuperCrew Lariat FX4 only took like 4 hours, if that! And that INCLUDED me going to my house several miles away to get my trade-in vehicle and going through the on-premises finance process. Jeff made sure that my wife and I were comfortable, attended to, and happy the WHOLE time we were in the pipeline because as most of society knows, buying such a big ticket item is NORMALLY stressful. The test drive and explanation of all of the truck's amenities was STELLAR! I was upgrading from a modestly loaded economy sedan to the "Rolls Royce" of trucks [in my opinion]. Jeff Parton had expert level knowledge of every feature, widget, and detail. It has never been so easy to buy a vehicle. But, it was the following handful of days after the sale that impressed me and prompted me to write this review. Jeff called/texted a few times to make sure that I was good to go. We set up an appointment to go over things that weren't abundantly clear in the manual or that I couldn't figure out on my own. That appointment was on Wednesday (1/13/16 -- 4 days after purchase). We ran through various features, and again, Jeff demonstrated his expertise. I left the dealership happier and more educated than I had been when I got there. I have a follow-up appointment on 1/14/16 to get the door code reset and Jeff has already been in touch in efforts to streamline the process. Bottom line... if you need a vehicle, used or new, give Coggin Ford a shot... give Jeff a shot - ask for him by name.

Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

Very professional! Quality inventory! Fairly priced! I spotted a nice little Jeep Compass with low miles and approached Hayden Lewis via the internet. I was currently working on several cars from Charleston, SC to Fla. Hayden responded promptly as we entered in to a back and forth question and negotiation session. After a slight impasse, Hayden engaged his mngr Mr Robinson(also very professional)and we came to an agreement. Saturday morning I drove 190 miles with my wife and daughter arriving just after 9 am to find our new car clean and ready to test drive. We already discussed money and method of payment acceptable to all, subject to an in person viewing and test drive. Everything was as discussed and in order. Quick drive, finalized paperwork and we were back in Hilton Head by 2 pm. I give Hayden and his team/dealership a 100% rating and would drive to do another deal in a heartbeat. I will personally recommend Hayden and his dealership. Thank you for actually doing what you said you'd do...the first time!

If I had not selected Dylan Rukab as a salesperson the outcome would likely have been much different: I would have walked to visit two other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville in search of the same truck Dylan put me in, a 2017 Tacoma Sport 4x4 with 34k miles in near excellent condition. Dylan was expert in description and calmly familiár with what was available for inventory. There was no up sell, no feeling of being jerked around to view lesser equipment and best of all, no beating around the bush on the cost. I came away admiring his style and demeanor, we established a rapport rare in the touchy used car sales world. This I know from having two used car sales guys on my wife???s side of the family I wouldn???t buy a hotdog from, let alone a real nice truck like the one Dylan sold me. I got a fair deal, no complaints and frankly, if you the reader just want to have a positive experience buying your next whatever Dylan guy to ask for.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier. When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. I showed up at 7:15 PM on a Friday evening, met Chip Bates, and he showed me the couple of cars I wanted to see. I decided on a 2014 Ford Expedition and Chip did a great job expediting the process and getting me in and out about as quickly as possible so I could return home and pack to head out of town.
