Top Marks for Service to Female Customers

I recently took my 2007 Ford Escape to Greenway Ford to have it's 90,000 mile service done and decided to wait, although I knew it would be a lengthy wait. The waiting area was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. A three-hour wait passed like it was no more than an hour. My vehicle was serviced promptly, thoroughly, and very professionally, and I couldn't have been more pleased. What made this visit a pleasure instead of a chore was the thoroughly professional, efficient, and personable attention shown by my Service Advisor, Becky Vanmeter. A woman's touch and understanding of a woman driver's need to have her vehicle in top condition at all times was just what I needed. Every Ford service center needs to have a Becky Vanmeter on staff. Two thumbs up, Greenway!!!
