Crooked DEALER !!! STAY AWAY !!! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE !!! "The Epitome of a BAD USED CAR LOT" I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette on March 17, 2018. During the vehicle walk around, I noticed several imperfections that I pointed out to them. They (Rozell Thorne) said that they would take care of these and not to worry. All LIES!! After I got the car home, while on my knees polishing the tail pipes, I noticed that the bumper had more damage than you could see from a normal walk-around. The car had been rear ended. You could see the license plate imprints from the impact. I called Rozell to schedule an appointment to bring the car in and he did not return my calls. He finally answered the phone eight days later. Mind you, their return policy is a seven day return no questions asked. Hence, he answered my call on the following Monday. I took the car back and left it for repair. When they called me to come pick up my car the rear bumper was still not repaired. They said that they were not going to repair the bumper because it cost too much money and that they were not going to put any more money in the repair. I ask the sale manager Guy Lewis if there was someone else to talk to. He again said to talk to Rozell Thorne. I went online and found Cindy Grants number in another BBB review and I called her. She pretended to be able to resolve my issue but failed. I also talked to Cornell Cancy, a supposedly higher manage who would resolve the repair and he neglected to take my calls or return calls too. When I did reach him, he gave me another manger named Ali Uddin. But, Cornell gave me the wrong number. I called Cindy back and she gave me Ali's correct number. When I talked to Ali Uddin, he would not fix my car and stated that Easterns do not fix or repair cosmetic issues. Ironically, I took my car to Ourisman's Chevrolet for a repair estimate. After they inspected the car, the entire bumper had to be replaced. The repair cost me $2785. I would never recommend, refer or suggest that anyone in the market for a vehicle, shop at any of the Easterns Automotive Group locations. The management is real nice when they are taking your money, but totally unprofessional when you have an issue. I believe Easterns knew the car had been rear ended. They also knew how much it would cost to repair the car. They claim to sell the best used cars, that is very untrue. Easterns really owe me $2785 for the repair. Plus losses. Great experience! No hassles! Straight and to the point business action! Friendly and nice staff. They were really great with answering all of my questions and made me a great deal!

I contacted Apple Ford on 12/13/16 at 8:45pm at night regarding a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid SEL Premium. I was directed to salesman Neville Dick and I expressed to him my interest in the vehicle and told him that I reside in South East Georgia which is over 800 miles away. I told him i needed to see pictures of the vehicle and a Car Fax since none of this was posted online yet because they just received the vehicle the same day I inquired. Neville went out of his way that very night to send me detailed pictures of the vehicle, send the Carfax to my email, AND send me a quote to my email from his manager (The dealership closes at 9pm and he was there way past closing helping me). The very next morning I expressed to Neville Dick that I wanted the car and he emailed me a buyers order and even came in on his day off to make sure the car was secured for me! I took a flight to Baltimore on 12/15/16 to come get this car and Neville Dick met me at the airport with the car to give me a ride to the dealership. Everything was how it was explained and there where no surprises with the car. Neville dick is very professional with strong customer service skills. To top my experience off he limited my time at the dealership to an hour since he knew I had a long drive back to Georgia. If anyone is considering purchasing a car from this dealership from a long distance i reccomend Neville Dick, He will make sure that the vehicle is secured and the logistics will be smooth. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a new 2018 Ford F150 XLT Sport Package Pick-up from Apple Ford. Was trading from a Ford F150 Raptor so was looking for a truck with some performance but all the new technology and better gas mileage. Richard Martinez put me in a Ford F150 XLT Sport that had all the things I was looking for plus the 3.5L Twin Turbo 370 hp. ECO-Boost is getting about 20 mpg from the Raptor 13 with plenty of power. Richard is a tech wiz and setup my phone to work with the Ford Pass and Android Auto via the Ford Sync3 system. From Sales, to Finance with Mike, to Aftermarket Parts with Teresa (arranged for spray in bed liner and free loaner) and meeting service folks, Apple Ford has been first class. You also can't beat their free "Customer for Life" program (free car washes, oil changes, etc.) that other dealerships have charged me hundreds of dollars for! Love the truck and now an Apple Ford fan!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

We recently went down from York, PA to purchase a 2018 Focus ST. Pete made the transaction as smooth as possible throughout the whole process, and amazed me with all the work he put into it before he even knew if we were really going to come down and make the purchase. Pete gave us the best price available and we have a local Ford dealer I had given the chance of getting business and they said they just weren't able to get as low, at their closest they we're still 1400 dollars more then Pete's price at Koons. So if your looking to buy a vehicle, it definitely will improve your chances of getting the best price possible by dealing with Koons. The finance manager Harry made the finance part of it easily understandable and got us a great rate and payment. Thanks Pete and Harry for the great service and any further vehicle purchases will be made at Koons, and we will pass on the idea that if someone wants a great deal where to go!!! Also a side note, we had always been weary of purchasing out of state and thought it came with alot of extra paper or side work, absolutely not, I think it was easier working with Pete at Koons than it was buying my last car here in PA. They took care of everything there, no extra work needed.

Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier. When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!

Everyone was great from start to finish and we will be doing business with them for a long time. BTW - they managed to turn preciously loyal GM owners to Ford owners when GM turned their backs on us. We don???t regret the decision at all, though having a blended family with our Chevy Truck and Ford Explorer makes for interesting conversation!

On my way to work on a very cold and icy Tuesday (1/7/18) one of my windshield wiper blades popped off and I could no reattach it. Fortunately, I was near the Apple Ford dealership where my husband and I bought all our cars over the last 17 years. I went to Quick Lane where Ben (Quick Lane) and Paul (Parts Dpt Manager) quickly assisted me. I purchased replacement blades and Ben put them on the care for me. Paul also helped me select floor mats for my 2016 Escape and Ben put those in place for me also. Both gentlemen were very friendly, professional and helpful. They took time to explain the process of selecting the items I needed and putting them in place so that I could make it to work without lost time. They are terrific representatives for the dealership and for Ford and part of the reason I always recommend Apple Ford Columbia to family and friends for excellence in sales and service. Bob Koser is a fantastic salesman and my late husband and I bought quite a few cars from him over the years also.

I went to Jim Coleman for my routine car service for my 2013 Honda Fit. I loved being able to book the appointment online. I was checked in right away, and my service agent quickly explained the recommended services (including needing new tires, not a surprise at 50k miles - I have "run-flat" tires and shopping around isn't really an option). They completed the work promptly and even washed the salt off my car!

I traveled from Baton Rouge, LA to Katy, TX for this vehicle. Performance is stellar. This was a used 2018 Expedition Max (rental, I think) but nicely equipped. Purchased at about 29,000 miles. Body and interior in fantastic condition. There was only one key fob, so the dealer allowed me to purchase a 2nd one and promptly reimbursed me. The only problem I have noticed is a rattle in the sun roof. Car Fax has indicated there is a recall for some other problem. I will take it in to a dealer in Baton Rouge and hopefully have both items fixed.

I came into Hyundai with the preconceived notion that I had tried this route before and with my poor credit history there was just 'no hope' for getting a car! I had been to several other dealers prior to my visit and they all left me leaving feeling hopeless after I shared my credit story! Well, Brendan was the opposite; way before I said 'yes' he made me feel like not only could I get this car--this WIN persay, that I deserved a reliable, dependable car. His attitude put out great vibes and it wasn't just number crunching. It was the shift he created in my thinking from the inception of the call to invite me to come in down to finally arriving! His temperament and integrity remained the same. POSTIVE! I didn't gather he was selling me a dream he would cash in on and that I couldn't live with. I was thinking older, just put me in whatever...However, I left with a brand new 2018 Hyundai Accent. After all the paperwork has been completed he is still very much still the same salesman when I called with a question. The guy with the positive vibes and the master motivator skills from a genuine place! This Brendan! More than just a car salesman!
