Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

This was continuing excellent service on my 2015 Explorer, the best vehicle I have ever owned.

I bought my explorer a few months ago and I love it. I've taken it on a few road trips. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. My dogs love it too. Plenty of space for everything we need while traveling. I highly recommend.

On my third explorer. Tried switching to a Durango and went back after 3 months lol. Great, reliable car! Super comfy! At 47k miles so far never had any issues (so far) except my hood started to rust but ford has a 5 year paint warranty so just had a new one put on a month ago and it’s perfect now

I absolutely love this car! It is sporty, roomy and easy to drive. Besides those qualities, it comfortably accomodates my 6'6" husband! YAY! This is by far my favorite car ever!

My 2015 ford fusion was making loud noises--and no one was able to decide what was wrong. At this dealership-I was told I would need to buy a new engine. I decided that would have to happen. Once there--in a few days--a marvelous mechanic-named Cole--determined that only a new water pump was needed. This made a huge financial difference. The service manager was very polite and kept me up to date. It was an extremely good outcome. I am grateful. This could have had had many different outcomes!

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I purchased a used 2015 truck that needed transmission work; no problem they just put in a new one. Even though I put a small dent in the loaner, they waived any charges. Mayo was excellent as is the service department. Trade in was fair and price was reasonable. John North is where quality still lives in America.

What an amazing dealership and a great team. This was the best car buying experience I have had. Kevin helped me out so much. I bought a 2017 F150. Kevin took a great YouTube video of the truck for me because I was not able to look at the vehicle in person because I was in transition of moving from California to Oklahoma. Hillsboro Ford held the vehicle for me with a deposit down. I drove from Oklahoma to Hillsboro and Kevin and Ben took care of me with no issues. Big O Auto was a real nice experience. They had a real nice Honda that was really rebuilt well. Jackson even went so far as to give me a virtual test drive. Yes. He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. Big O Auto is a nice place to do business.

I purchased 2 vehicles from Sean in just a few short months. It's not the brand of vehicle I was looking for but it exceeded my expectations on price, performance and comfort and I'm very happy I looked in to the GMC brand. There were a few things I didn't understand about the Valpro add-ons required by the dealership but after asking more questions, I see the value in this product for both used and new vehicles. I had another issue that required some attention but after a few discussions, the issues were resolved and managed by Sean and the Sales Manager in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied. I had originally met with salesperson Adam Thorson, who I had dealt with several times before. A few days later Adam called and told me he was taking a new job, but referred us to Jon Harris. Soon after that my wife and I met with Jon and worked with him in trading in my 2018 F150 and purchasing a 2024 F150. Jon was very helpful in working thru the details of the purchase, and the significant discounts and rebates applied to 2024 trucks were an incentive as well.
