I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Kept me updated throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to speak with. The job was completed in a great timeframe and I look forward to sending my truck back in when the time comes

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

On May 11th 2022 we took our 2015 ford explorer to sentry ford in Medford Ma. My wife drives to Topsfield Ma 4 days a week round trip from our home in Everett Ma. She was experiencing a very unpleasant ride and thought that it might just be a rotation .When she went to check her car in Diane was so pleasant and cordial that we felt right at home with a family member. They kept the car for 5 days and always kept us up to date. If is wasn't Diane it was Mark .They explained everything to us, Unlike other dealers they really cared in having us have a very pleasant so we would feel comfortable coming back. I am 71 and i have purchased many vehicles from different dealers and i can say by far this dealership far surpasses them all. Our next vehicle would definitely be purchased at Sentry and we thank both Mark and Diane for there time , experience, friendliness , honesty and being so cordial. We feel like we gained two more friends.

The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.
