Skylar is by far the best tech rep that this dealership has ever had. She is the reason I go back every time. I will have to say that I don't agree with the hourly rate for anything being done. It's over 200$!! That's more than a specialty shop or restro shop!! Without coupons, your going to pay out the butt for an oil change!

Every person that spoke to me was very professional. It wasn't overbearing or rushed to make a decision it was polite considerable and explained to where I could understand my purchase. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm!
