I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

I like the atencion and the staff súper professional, very good service. No much time to wait, and I loved the waiting place. 100% I recommend.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. He explained everything in plain English, did not try to strong arm me and left me feeling like he honestly wanted to get me the best deal possible. Good Job Classic Dodge!

I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! She did not try to steer me in a different direction, she actually listened to me. I received a good deal at a fair price. Even the financing department did not push me too much to purchase something that I didn't need.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Great experience and everyone involved was super helpful. Everything was upfront and no trying to add anything I did not want when I bought my new mustang. They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Wanting for an oil change and ended up getting so much more just because it was time for most of the services performed. They were not pushy at all. My only complain is I took it In with the truck averaging 19.3 miles to a gallon and got it back with it averaging 19.0 miles per gallon. I don’t like that and truly they should offer a free detail as most dealerships do. Anyways, I will definitly bring my truck back. I need to get a. Pole other things done and I know price for service is better than most other places.

Chris always takes care of me when I?m there. He?s professional and courteous and treats folks the way they should be treated. I drive almost an hour to get my vehicle serviced in Rockwall because I trust you all more than any of the dealerships close to me.

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
