New and used 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line RWD for sale near Rendon, TX

Grapevine Ford for now is truly #1 in servicing your vehicle. It is rhe only dealership in the whole DFW area that has gotten me in and out in 1 hour for oil change!!! I cant believe it. Including a car wash and the tire rotation. I live in Dallas, so drive that extra mile paid off. Hope it was not coincidence and their manager is really s logistics wizard. Keep it up!!!!! This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

My salesman Craig was GREAT!! Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.. There are some things that could be improved on in the buying experience, ie, the waiting 3+ hours.. I did happen to go on a busy day. The A/C in their building is pretty legit, it was close to 100 degrees that day! Thanks Craig for making my experience a good one...

I waited while my car had oil changed, tires rotated, fluids added, and general inspection. Only a 2 hr wait! Nice waiting room with coffee or tea, TV, comfy upholstered chairs.

I made an appointment to drop the vehicle there Wednesday at 5:00 PM with the A/C not cooling. Victor was our service coordinator and told us he would advise us asap Thursday. Since I didn't hear from Victor by noon, I called but had to leave a message. I then received a text with the diagnosis and cost to evacuate the system then refill it with dye added bc they couldn't find a leak. I okayed the service. He said it could be ready Thursday afternoon, but he didn't call,so I called and Yvi said victor had left for the day, but he did call a little later and advised the tech wanted to keep the vehicle overnight and recharge the system Friday morning. We didn't hear anything all day, so we decided to come to the dealership and see. They told us they wanted to check one more thing(I suspect it was what they were supposed to do that morning) so we waited another hour or so for it. My wife finally got her vehicle around 4:00 PM. The A/C was blowing really cold and no leak was detected. If the system gets low again, the dye will show where the leak is. We're happy with everything except that Victor wasn't getting back with us. I was in the car business for 32 years and customer service is the key to retaining customers. I spoke to Darren who said he'd dumped some xtra customers on Victor, so I'll give him credit for that. Plus being relatively new to the job, I'm sure he as doing his best! I've had ALL my service done at Platinum Ford since I retired from there in '18, and they've always done great work! Thank you, Adam, Gary, Darren, and all!

Platinum Ford is the dealership we always use in our area. We have tried others, but have been disappointed. The thechnicians at Platinum Ford are competent and courteous. They always give us a call to keep us informed of any issues and to get consent before proceeding. Kyle is our designated “service manager” and he is top knotch!

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers.
