New and used 2025 Ford Explorer for sale near Greenbrier, TN

I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff at Miracle Ford. I was in the market for a new truck at the end of the model year and Miracle had exactly what I needed at a competitive price. Chris Fitts is very knowledgeable on trucks! All of the sales staff were very helpful as I needed some instruction on the higher tech features. You can tell that the teamwork and culture at Miracle is world class! It was well worth my 125 mile drive to get this truck... I could not be happier.

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Easy to contact and deal with. Checked out vehicle and had deal done in couple hours. Vehicle was exactly as described, overall great experience purchasing a vehicle.

It was a miracle. After searching for a month I nearly decided to wait until October when prices generally drop. After seeing great prices on exact vehicles that I was looking for, I decided to travel from Kentucky to Bates Ford in Tennessee. If I had known how fast things would go I would have taken my Title with me. Anyway I Filled out nearly all the paper, and returned the next day my title and drove away with my brand new F150!

Stopped by on my way to the airport to look at a used F150 Lightning Flash. Told them I take it. We shook hands and I came back when I got back into town and it took about 15 minutes maximum to sign the paperwork. And the price for the truck was thousands below anywhere else.

IDK how "non-commisioned sales" works. But it produced a very rewarding shopping experience for us. Joseph, our sales rep, listened and made suggestions that were spot-on. I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly.
