As usual, Corwin Ford was extremely accommodating and quite diligent with a recent maintenance visit. Despite having a full schedule, Team Corwin squeezed my vehicle in on a Tuesday. Upon arrival Tuesday morning, they rushed my vehicle into the shop, as they were aware I planned to wait for the vehicle in their customer lounge area. The relatively large and comfortable lounge area made it easy to catchup on a little work. Less than three hours later, the vehicle maintenance was completed, along with a complimentary carwash. And a shout out to Junior, who was an extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful Service Advisor, keeping me apprised of findings and status throughout the morning. The maintenance visit was to address a recall notice and a surprisingly overwhelming mildew odor in a two-month-old F-150. After a little research, the mechanics determined the most probable cause was the a/c evaporator. They subsequently addressed the issue with an a/c cleaner and deodorizer treatment. Although there remains a residual mildew/deodorizer combo smell, it is a significant improvement compared to the odor prior to the treatment. My clothes, computer bag, computer, phone, and various passengers appreciate it. If I was a passenger in an Uber car with this smell, I would not hesitate to give the experience a 2 or 3-star rating. Hopefully the treatment keeps the mildew odor at bay for years to come. I must admit, thus far, I???m a little disappointed in the 2018 F-150 Platinum compared to my previous 2016 F-150 Platinum. The musty/mildew odor, the less intuitive change in cruise control buttons (a personal preference), discontinued multicolor ambient lighting, the black wood like plastic interior trim vs. the previous (classier, "platinum" fitting) glossy walnut like wood trim, to mention a few disappointing points. On a positive note, it has been a pleasure working with Team Corwin to resolve issues that can be corrected.

perfect car for my purposes, traveling, camping etc. I look forward to many fun trips and adventures, I need 25 words but for now I think this is about it.
I have had the pleasure, by accident, to have used Corwin Ford as my Service Center now for approximately 2 years. A dealer closer to me had a change in hours and I was using a quick lube for a short while, until I heard a radio ad for the Corwin Ford Service Center. I was very pleased to find the hours in their Fast Lane Center to be much better for my schedule. Every time I come up it has been a good experience and they work hard to get cars in and out without sacrificing quality, such as making sure to rotate my tires, or even as small as washing the car afterwards. They have been very honest, as I went in last year near the Holidays thinking I needed(based on miles) to have a transmission service. The particular trans in my car meant I wanted the Ford Techs to handle it especially to prolong the life of it as best as possible. The tech went to start and came back, and recommended that the Floid was fine, and he would not recommend changing it at this time. This saved me approximately $300 that another dealer or place could have just done and charged me for if they wanted to. This was a great help especially with a family and presents to buy, yet still give me peace of mind and even physically show me the Fuid condition as well as recommend a few things that needed to be checked in the future. This is just one example of their honesty and integrity to the customer. Each visit I am greeted, I am told what to except for price, as well as wait time. They have a very nice and clean waiting area, plenty of comfortable seating, plus coffee ?? and water for free while you wait. The last visit I called and it was a last minute thing, I had a work change and it was the last day before Thanksgiving I could change my oil before a drive to Portland for the holiday weekend. Angela Hancock answered the phone and was able to work me in, and was very nice to do so. Many places would have simply told me to come back another day, but Angela cares about the customer and is coming back, as well as having the relationship with people behind just a customer but caring about servicing a care for the safety we must put into it each time we drive it. Every employee at Corwin Ford I have interacted with, from someone answering a phone, to the people helping me at the desk, to the techs who have explained service issues, have always been helpful,professional, courteous and genuinely cared for the person they are talking to. I recommend Corwin to anyone I can, regardless of what make they drive. I tell them to make a appointment or call if needed and see what the team can do for them. On top of all this, the service for my oil change/full service is a great deal, especially for being able to have a certified Tech do work and inspections and not just someone who dumps oil and reads a manual to see what may be the issue at other places. I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
I've purchased several vehicles from Corwin Ford . Frank Ibarra is a true example of why I keep coming back. I bought an F-350, and Frank knew all the details of the vehicle, the differences between the model years, and highlighted features of the vehicle that might help me make a decision. Frank was engaged and attentive during the whole process, but never pushy. He was never just "trying to sell me a truck", but was a partner in trying to help me "solve my problem", offering me other things to consider. It helped me get the right solution much faster than I would on my own. Do I like the truck? Of course, I do :)

I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
I began my 3rd Taurus buying experience online at the Ford.com! I selected what I wanted for my 2017 Ford Taurus, and asked to have my wants to be sent to two dealerships. The one who won my business was Corwin. Thanks to Efrens' quick communication and willingness to listen to what I wanted (because I was not willing to change my mind and I knew exactly what I wanted). He knew I walked in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted, which made it a bit more tough. But we found my New Snow Angel and started the "talks." He involved me in all the talks and explained Leasing to me like no one every had before. He allowed me to decide what I wanted to do with Financing. He understood that on that day I had a time restraint and aided me in arranging everything so I could make it to my appointment. My 2012 Taurus Trade-in was evaluated at what I had expected and that agreed with KBB. I first made my 2017 Ford Taurus request on Ford.com on August 6th. Efren called me the very next day on the 7th. I met with him and we found my car on the 8th. My new car was in Spokane WA, and was delivered to me 2 days after I signed on those lines on Thursday August 10th. I look forward to my new car in a few years!!!

I purchased a 2014 Shelby GT500 from Archibald's and was very impressed with the professionalism of Johnny Archibald. He went above and beyond to provide me detailed information about the vehicle and help with the coordination to transport the car 2300 miles to Maryland. I've been buying and selling cars for almost 40 years and have owned nearly 300 cars and can count on one hand how many dealerships I feel have integrity and are a class act and Archibald's is that dealership! I just wish they were here in Maryland so I could buy more cars from them :-)

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
Has everything you could ever want in a car. We have a 2016 Ford Explorer limited. Seems to have every option ever invented ! Even has massaging seats.
My car died at Bush Carwash. One of their employees, Esmeralda, saw my need and called one of the employees to come jumpstart my car! One of their employees headed over immediately to help me!
All I can say is, if they are this genuine oustside of the workplace, I can only imagine how genuine they are within their workplace!

This car met my needs. It is spacious for my 3 kids and their friends, with plenty of room on the third row sit. The remote key and keyless start is very useful, specially summer time, when you can leave the car locked but running, so the AC is still cooling.
When we went on Friday to look at and maybe test drive a F-350. We were allowed to casually look around without being bomb rushed by salesman. We were met by Andrey Koval who listened to what are plans were with our current truck and what our towing needs are. We test drove 1 that had most the options we were looking for. But just before leaving found the truck that had all were looking for in a new truck. We returned on Sunday and they worked with use on trading in our beloved Chevy 3500 flatbed for a beautiful red Ford F-350. Andrey and Mario (Finance guy) stayed an extra 1 1/2hrs after hours to get us in our cleaned fueled up new truck 🤗
Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
I don't see my first review so I am submitting another. Can't say enough about my out of state/internet purchase of an expensive car. JJ on their sales staff was a pleasure to deal with. Whole outfit was professional, honest and helpful. Scary to buy a long distance car W/O seeing or driving it. No worries with this business!

This vehicle has everything that I need, tow package, four wheel drive and is very stylish and comfortable inside. The third row seating is surprisingly roomy and I love the stowable seats.

Today marked the achievement of a lifelong pursuit of mine- FINALLY purchasing a brand new car. My road to achieving this began a little over 3 years ago when my car at that time had given up the ghost and Jeff Jackson sold me a slightly-used 2014 Hyundai Veloster. It was a great car, but I put a lot of miles on it for work. In those 3 years, I had put over 70,000 miles on the car and- just like any car- it was getting a little worn and I'd had several thousand dollars worth of Zurich warranty work done on it over the past two months. So, I came in this morning for an oil change. Wanting to thank Jeff personally for selling me the Zurich warranty on the Hyundai, I stopped by his desk while my oil change was being completed. We spoke about how the Hyundai had been serving my needs and Jeff presented me with a sweet deal on a 2018 Nissan Sentra. The payments are about the same as my previous loan and I have peace of mind, in addition to a reliable and good-looking car which will serve my needs for many years to come. The process was easy- having sold cars in Portland many years ago, I am still impressed by the service I get at Bill & Debbie Robertson Nissan- instead of being treated like some "thing" that has money the sales staff wants, I am treated with respect and in a way which suggests attention to my needs is a concern, as well. The amount of respect the entire team gives every customer is something that ensures I'll be back for my next car purchase down the road. In closing, I want you guys to know it was a pleasure- for the second time, no less- purchasing a quality vehicle from you. I can't recommend you guys enough! I'll be back :) Truth be known, I probably won't go anywhere else. You've earned my trust, but more importantly, my loyalty.

Wonderful car to drive. My wife had a computer failure which did not let her drive the car. Failure was "Auto Park Assist Failure" disabled power steering. We had to have it towed to the dealer. Car has only 200 miles on it. WEIRD!!
The 2004 Ford F-150 Lariate with 173,000 miles had been a reliable trouble free vehicle. Due to the mileage I decided it was time to get a different pickup and due to my satisfaction with the 2004 F-150 decided I would get another one. My wife and I went to Corwin Ford and started wandering around late on a Sunday afternoon looking at what they had and what they cost. Cameron Firth approached us and started showing us around. We were impressed with his knowledge, he knew everything about every vehicle, differences between vehicles, and differences between options in the different vehicles and years. We did not buy a vehicle that Sunday, but after talking with him knew what we were looking for. Also it had been a long time since I had purchased a car so there was a bit of sticker shock to get over. After a few weeks a used F-150 showed up on the internet at Corwin Ford that had all the features we were looking for. I went down there to look at it, went home and slept on it, then the next day got a hold of Cameron to talk with him about it. Cameron was great to deal with, we settled on a final price, and I purchased it. He was very pleasant, thorough, and professional. I would be pleased to work with him again Benson.

Only had it for 2 weeks now. Nice, but the Ford SYNC has a major issue, no bluetooth and costly to fix. Rides nice, nice interior.
I love my 17 f550 I purchased for my construction company, so I'm back for another, this time a f350 lariat dually for my iron company. Ford is the only dealer I feel will help companies build credit without insane requirements (great business strategy... probably why they didn't need a bail out. THANK YOU FORD FOR NOT ONLY FOR BEING A BUSINESS ROLLMODEL BUT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY.

This car met all of our family needs. We have enjoyed it. It was comfortable for transporting adults in all of the seats as well as children. The TV made the entertainment on long trips seem short and more enjoyable.

This car looks 'classy', has lots of 'bells and whistles', lots of horsepower, very 'cushy' inside. Sadly, had to say good bye to our Jeep Sahara; she was not well. We'll miss her looks, but we'll enjoy the smooth ride, and cush of our Explorer.

engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer.My family has always been a ford family..
