$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
Wonderful service. The salesman and manager could not have been nicer. We arrived late in the day and were still able to wrap up the sale in less than an hour. Great prices and wonderful service. Highly recommended.

this car has grown on me over the years, and the handling has improved greatly, and now some way, I will own one for my family and myself!
I found a vehicle that was at a different location within the Tim Short group and Eric got all the information I needed and also brought the car to Clarksville so I could look at it and drive it prior to making a commitment. Andre and Eric did a great job helping a difficult buyer (myself) get all the information needed to make me comfortable.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
Our salesman, Jonathan, went above and beyond and truly exceeded all of our expectations. We spent 7+ hours at the lot on a Saturday (with our two young children) and Jonathan did all he could to meet ALL of our needs. Very pleased! We were frustrated to find, after that long length of time, that the words "pay trade in full" written on our purchase agreement did not hold to be true. The "miscommunication" the manager claimed to have happened was much more than miscommunication.

The heated seats are awesome. The leather seats are a great touch for the luxury feel in an inexpensive suv. Very happy with my purchase!

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash
I admit it...I needed a lot of hand holding to buy my car from afar, so this dealership was a perfect fit for me. Charles made it happen! He was knowledgeble, communicative, and service-oriented...and this was all virtually! Car was delivered on budget, on time, and with no surprises!

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
The team at Direct Auto of Tennessee worked patiently with me through multiple test drives on multiple trucks for nearly 2 weeks. They helped me identify the right fit for me and even recommended some modification options to make the truck I bought be the absolute perfect fit for me. I highly recommend giving these guys a call or making a visit if you are in the market or just curious about a vehicle purchase.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Herman was extremely helpful in assisting me pick out my first real car purchase. The process was easy and I got a pretty good feel of the car during the test drive. Overall I am happy with the purchase and have already recommended people to stop by this lot. Great job they need more salesman like Herman!

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
Once buying the vehicle there wasn't anymore more customer/sales contact, but prior to purchase constant phone calls. Customer service is lacking...

I am the current owner of a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. The car has everything I need! Mine has a few really nice features to have like 20? wheels, Leather, Navigation, 2nd Row Bucket Seats and a power lift gate. I have 3 kids so this car needed to be able to hold up. So far, we have driven it over 100,000 miles and it has held up great! We have had no reliability issues at all with this car! I do think that Ford charges a bit too much for these cars though. We built one online and with the current features that we have for a 2019 Ford Explorer is around $46,000 to $48,000. This is a lot considering we bought our 2015 Explorer for only $42,000.
Clyde and Ashley was amazing. Clyde did everything to make sure I went home with a vehicle that best suited us. Ashley was great at helping the process go quickly and smoothly and taking the time to go over the features of our new vehicle. It’s so great to not be pushed into something you don’t want by a pushy sales person. That is definitely not the case with Pennyrile Ford. Clyde made sure I went home with what we wanted and fit or needs. Anyone looking for a car needs to give Clyde and Pennyrile Ford a chance. Such a painless process from beginning til the end. This car has met all of my expectations. Doesn't have a few of the extras but for the most part has everything and more than I need.
Everyone was very nice, I waited a little longer than expected. The waiting room was comfortable but it was cold but it was extremely cold outside I believe the repair was ok I have not really driven the car much in the winter weather so I am not completely sure the noise problem has been corrected
