engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer.My family has always been a ford family..
I have never been to a dealership like Dave Littleton and I mean that in a good way. This dealer has no overhead & that's awesome because you deal with one person the whole time. I didn't feel like I was paying for an over the top dealership, and I wasn't going through an assembly line of people just to buy a truck. I was not just another number. The best way to describe it is... it is like I went to my aunt's house to visit & ended up walking away with an great truck. The staff is low pressure & dress like normal people. I felt like I did more then buy a truck, I became a part of the family at Dave Littleton. Overall, it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had!

I was on vacation in Independence, MO & my 2016 F150 was due for service. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted & explained to the service advisor what I needed. I was over 900 miles away from home, but was treated as if I had just purchased my truck from this dealership. I left my truck with them & returned later that afternoon to pick it up. The experience was Great, and if it were feasible to do so, I would certainly continue to have my truck serviced here, & purchase my next one also.
Vehicle was exactly as described and sales process was the easiest I have ever experienced buying through a dealership. Steve was very up front and responsive to my calls and questions and made the paperwork a breeze. No hidden fees, no messing around. The car was delivered nearly 3 hours away and a new set of tires was put on at no additional charge. The only complaint I have is that the inspection paperwork was either lost or expired and so I had to get another inspection prior to registering the car. - Brent

Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.
The service was excellent, I had been in before with same issues with my tire low pressure light coming on. The last time I was in talked to service assistance Dean who's help was excellent. He recommended that I get nitrogen put in the tires so the light would stop coming on when weather changed. The cost was set with no hidden agenda and also explained that if one had a hole in it they would fix with only additional charge of $20.00. The job was done within 45mins tops and mechanic Dustin explained what had been done. The staff and mechanic were very helpful and I thank them for finally having my experience at this dealership worth trying again.

I sent an inquire for a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with great mileage and price and Jamie got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Once at Zeck, Jamie introduced me to Cliff who help me sign the paperwork to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and assisted me during the rest of the transaction. Cliff was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process and worked with management to get a couple of issues resolved on the car before completing the transaction. Since the price was best in hundreds of miles a and they took care of issues discovered during the pre purchase inspection, no need to haggle. Financing was very smooth too. I came in with pre-approved financing and Zeck found a lower rate. As expected the finance person (unluckily don't remember the name) presented me with extended warranty options but was not too pushy when I refused them. The whole process took just around 3 hours: fastest used car purchase yet in my experience! Would definitely recommend Zeck!

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
As an out of state customer we couldn't have asked for better service. After a recent accident that totaled our previously owned F450 we were specifically looking for a replacement F450 truck. With the help of our insurance company we found one at Zeck Ford. Corey Leintz at Zeck Ford went out of his way to answer all of our questions via long distance through phone calls and e-mails even going so far as taking a video of every area of the truck inside and out. Once we arrived at Zeck Ford which was a 4 1/2 hour drive from our home, Nino Williams greeted us at the with a smile and a hand shake. We were very impressed at the fact that he had all of our paper work ready for us to sign when we arrived. He handed us the keys and told us we were welcome to take it for a test drive. Mr. Williams was very personal and took interest in getting to know us. We also appreciate Gene Sirabella for his friendly smile and help with the financing. He was very truthful and upfront on suggestions for warranties and financing! We've never purchased a vehicle that was as quick and smooth as he made it! It handles like a luxury car. What a SUV.
I have been buying cars for my whole family from this dealership for over 15 years. They are exceptional! I have always been happy, and on the rare occasion we have a minor hiccup, it is addressed quickly and fairly. I have also used their body shop, with USAA insurance repairs, and their work is top notch. I use the service department for oil changes, as well as repairs, even on non-Ford brand cars. I am now a three Ford family - Explorer, Edge and Focus. Their pricing is "no-haggle", but for a reason. Their margins are low, and anytime you do an internet search for vehicles, theirs will come up at the top of the list for low price, and are great value. They are very fair on trade in values. If you need a vehicle, make SURE you check here first, and last. Finally, I have been buying cars from two of their salesmen (they are non-commisisoned). Fran Weis sold me cars before he worked there, and now is my favorite guy. He's there to help you find what you need, not what is "hot". Rick Mears sold me the Explorer, and steered me there to a great deal on a Ford "buyback". There had been some issues with the NAV system, so Ford had to buy it back under lemon law, fix the system, and resell. I got it for 2/3 original MSRP one year old with 13K miles. It is my second favorite vehicle I have ever owned, after a Nissan 280Z I had for 13 years. These guys are awesome! I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and ease of purchasing my vehicle. They engaged me early and quickly. I contacted them around 9:30 AM and we were all but finished by 7 PM that evening, including the Carfax and 5 minute video of every detail of the vehicle. They actually pointed out the paint flaws to me in the video. The next two days were minor details and questions. The price was very fair. I had been researching this model for about 8 months prior to purchase. There was nothing to argue. It was priced exactly where it should been been. Further, they buffed and touched up the scratches rather nicely. My colleagues and friends can't believe she isn't brand new rather than 2 years old. The engine is extremely clean as is the interior. The process was almost seamless. We drove 2.5 hours from Nebraska. We were in and out within 3 hours, including the test drive. Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Allie, Nino, and Adam did a fantastic job. I would certainly purchase from them, again.
I went to contact the dealership on Sunday. When no one answered I looked online at their hours and noticed that Sunday was marked "time for family and worship", having a family of my own (single mom of 2) that meant something to me, that they know how important family is and they would try their best to take care of my little family. When I came to the dealership for my appointment with Nicole I was worried cuz I was bringing my oldest (7yr old) with me and she can be a handful when she gets bored. From the second we walked in the door everyone was making sure we were comfortable and my daughter wasn't bored. We were offered drinks, my daughter got popcorn and toys to entertain her. Everyone spoke to her like she was a person and made her feel special. While waiting on the banks Nicole bought us lunch, helped my daughter practice tying shoes on Nicole's shoes lol, and even colored with her to make the waiting fun for a child. Chosing a car was so simple and easy. I have to bring paperwork in the next day with my dad and the first thing that Nicole ask was where my daughter was cuz she was looking forward to spending more time with her. Nicole and I got to know each other personally which makes it more comfortable in working with her. She so sweet and literally worked her butt off to take care of my little family, and even came in on her day off so I could get my new car a day earlier cuz she knew how excited and impatient I am. I will recommend anyone to the dealership because they are a family. But Nicole made the best impression on my daughter and I and we won't forget her! The fifth generation Explorer is a fantastic offering in its class. The Explorer Platinum offers features that compete with luxury brands (first row heated/cooled/massage seats, lane keep, adaptive cruise), and in 52,000 miles I haven't had an issue so far. The 4WD system handles great in the snow, and the 3.5L twin turbo V6 offers plenty of power. The second row captain's chairs can be moved forward to offer third row occupants livable legroom, and there's still plenty of cargo space behind that. It handles well, tows well and is all around the best vehicle I've owned. I would recommend this SUV over any other in its class.
My wife and I returned to Zeck Ford for a recent purchase of a used 2014 Ford Explorer Limited. We had purchased a used 2012 Ford Explorer Limited from Zeck approximately two years ago and had the best car buying experience ever when we worked with Steve Courter. We decided that there were a few features we wanted to upgrade on our next vehicle and the first place I started looking was at Zeck Ford. We returned to Zeck Ford for a number of reasons. First, we had the pleasure of viewing their inventory WITHOUT being pestered by a high-pressure salesman the minute we drove onto the lot. With that being said, there were plenty of people around to help if we had asked for it, but none of the sales staff "hovered" over us while we looked at any of their vehicles. Second, Zeck Ford has a very large inventory available for us to choose the features we wanted, and a specific milage/model year within our price range. Third, I recently referred a friend to Zeck where he purchased a used F150 pickup and came back to tell me about the great customer service he received during his purchase. With respect to our most recent purchase, we arrived around 11:30 AM on a Saturday morning and I made it a point to work with Steve Courter once again because of the fantastic experience we had before. The dealership was EXTREMELY busy on this particular Saturday, which was a great sign! I was particularly impressed that Steve remembered us and our previous purchase from two years ago. Steve arranged for us to take a private test drive of the new vehicle and had our trade-in appraised while we were gone. We really enjoy the experience with Zeck Ford because of their no-pressure, "tell it like it is" interaction with their customers. Before we could make a final deal, we had the pleasure of working with Gene Sirabella, who was completely up front with the numbers, which saved all of us the typical hassel of negotiating a car sale. Both Gene and Steve made it clear to us that they wanted our business and would do whatever they could to make a deal. Steve was so polite and patient with our three kids and even made sure they got some popcorn and a drink while we worked on our paperwork! When we went to financing, there were no surprises and no pressure to buy anything we didn't want. Following our purchase, I recommended Steve Courter to another family member, who went to Zeck and purchased a used F150 within a week of our own sale. Bottom line: Zeck Ford is doing it right. They have outstanding employees, a great inventory of quality cars to offer, and they have PERFECTED the art of customer service! Thank you Steve & Gene for another wonderful experience. Wonderful car to drive. My wife had a computer failure which did not let her drive the car. Failure was "Auto Park Assist Failure" disabled power steering. We had to have it towed to the dealer. Car has only 200 miles on it. WEIRD!!
Sarah Rae at Keck Ford did an amazing job. I had been contacted by four other dealers. But Sarah Rae was not only organized and professional with her information, she also sent follow up emails. She was by far the most courteous of the four places I called. When I arrived, she greeted me and within 15-20 minutes, I not only had a great offer but a ride home. II highly recommend working with Sarah Rae. I might add, Keck Ford was The farthest away. But because of Sarah Rae???s demeanor on the phone, I decided to try them first.👍

I received a recall about my vehicle in the mail while I was home from college during spring break. I didn't know if I would have enough time to get my vehicle looked at before I had to go back to college, but thought I would call Roberts-Robinson just in case. They told me that they would be able to service my vehicle the next day and that it would be ready by evening. I dropped it off, came back, and my vehicle was running better than ever. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. They make the customer feel valued and wanted. I am actually excited for my next visit there, knowing that they will take care of me. This vehicle has everything that I need, tow package, four wheel drive and is very stylish and comfortable inside. The third row seating is surprisingly roomy and I love the stowable seats.
I live in blue springs, missouri roughly 3 miles from another ford dealership that has mistreated our family several times in the past so we refuse to go there anymore. I have also tried other local dealers for service and repairs and they seem sub par. My wife took her flex to Matt ford and was very pleased with the service and kindness of the staff. I recently had my f250 in for service and was very pleased with everyone. Especially the tech working on my truck. He was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. They have earned a customer for life!

Handles great. Plenty of power. Roomy. Good interior design. Lots of extras. Economical. Laying down the back seats gives you plenty of room or stand them up to haul a couple more people.
I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
Been having my 2015 Jetta Serviced by VW Lee's Summit since buying it about a year ago at another VW dealership. I have to say that Richard, Scott, Dale and the rest of Service Staff are Top Notch in professionalism and have exceeded my expectations.

love my new explorer, easy to use, drives great, upgraded radio is user friendly with the navigation, radio, cd, and satellite. so much room the seats fold in many ways depending on what type of room you need
Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
