Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up.. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After purchasing a new car we also added the protective coating inside and out. Looking at the car in daylight the next day we saw that the inside job was not done right. We took it back once and we thought it was corrected until we lifted up the seats and also noticed other areas that were not fixed. On bringing the car back for a second shot at fixing and since our original salesman was not there Baroque stepped up to the plate and really oversaw that it was done right this time. We were there for 5 hours and he kept checking in with us and the service dept. to make sure that it was done correctly. It was great to know that the whole sales dept.works as a team so that our problem was taken care of correctly. Thanks again Baroque!

Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! Easiest buying process ever. I’ve purchased about 30 cars over the years this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had bar none. No car dealer BS - no 4 square crap none of that back and forth trying to extract every nickel it was just really professional.
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
can't say about the buying process nor anything referencing repair work...was not my experience. Only looking at a car from an online search. Clean enough facility and initially pleasant customer service. Again only limited interactions since the vehicle I was looking at wasn't what I wanted.
Steve in service is top notch. He always looks out for the customers. Arron who serviced the car was very considerate also.
