Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

Very comfortable ride and interior design is just great on it I would rather a man that naturally aspirated over the double turbo model as you get a lot of performance with the turbos but you got something more to go wrong.

I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

I had the pleasure of meeting, and working with, Steven Barba. He was most pleasant and informative. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed at the dealership. On MON/01JAN2018 I test drove a 1997 BMW Z-3 which I decided to conditionally purchase contingent upon evaluation by the local BMW dealership (NB. all the while I was captivated by the 2017 Subaru BRZ on display in the showroom). The following day I took the Z-3 in and learned from an experienced mechanic that there were several costly repairs needed (NB. about 2K's worth), but he recommended passing on the car. I expressed this to Steven and he indicated that the dealership was willing make the needed repairs and lower the asking price accordingly. I passed on this simply because it was apparent to me that one or some of the previous owners (NB. seven in all) had not properly taken care of the car and it would be problematic to own such a car. Then I expressed to Steven that I wished to test a BRZ when the very cold weather had passed. He was gracious, understanding and quickly refunded my $1,000 deposit on the Z-3. On Mon/08JAN2018 I returned to the dealership to test drive a BRZ. Again, Steven was most accommodating and the test drive was a fine experience. I bought the 2017 Crystal White Subaru BRZ that was on display in the showroom that afternoon. Had forgotten how involved the purchase process is, but Steven and AJ walked me through the "paperwork drill" nicely and efficiently. I will be taking possession of my new car this MON/15JAN2018 (nb. this was my choice of which Steven was very supportive) so I can get all the "necessary preparations/details" in order. Peace, Rev. I can only speak of my experience at Gordon Chevrolet at the Service Department. Coming from a family of mechanics and being a wife of a mechanic us women know how sceptical we are about dealerships fixing our vehicles and over pricing things or taking advantage of a woman. When I first came into Gordon Chevrolet for service on my Chevy Cruze I had that mind set. When I got to the counter I spoke with a service representative his name was Bradley Pouliot, Brad #1 for short (lol). He introduced himself and ask how could he help me. I told him my story about my car and what it was doing and also told him nothing was going to be done without consulting me in turn I would talk to the husband. He said that was perfectly fine and that is what he was going to recommend anyway. At that point I was a little shocked, not what I expected from a dealership. So they checked out my car and he came back to let me know the results. He told me that it was my dicision and if I felt like I need to get a second opinion that I was welcome to do so, the important thing was that I need to have a safe and dependable vehicle, and that only I could make the right choice. He have me other options let me know If I took those options what needed to be done along with a diagnostic to take with me. I called my husband and told him everything in which he confirmed was the truth so he was surprised the price was as low as it was. You seen my husband already checked the car before I went which he didn't tell me and if he had the free time could have done it himself. So I decided right then I would only bring my vehicles to Brad at Gordon Chevrolet. It was because he was a down to earth people person that showed he cared about the customer more than anything and understood if you didn't have a lot of money at the time explained what was the most important to fix first. He out himself in your shoes. That day my car couldn't be fixed I had to go to work and I was stressing out but Brad say me down and said I didn't have to worry because he had a rental ready and waiting for me to use until my car was fix. I said I can't afford it . He said don't worry you are still under warranty this is on us. I asked how much the rental would normally cost (this has been a whole ago) I think he said It was $25 or $35 a day. Which to me that was cheap if you were to go to a rental company I do believe they charge more. I have been a customer ever since because no matter how little the problem like a valve stem cap missing you tell him about it and he will make it right. I'm glad Gordon Chevrolet has people like Brad with family values and that is what makes a company real people that can listen and put themselves in your shoes. Thank you Brad and Gordon Chevrolet

Only 75 thousand miles on it when I got it. I plan to put a million miles on it!! Love driving it. All the amenities a guy could want. Blue tooth, hands free, etc. Stereo kicks xxx. Great acceleration and breaking. Haven't tried the mountains yet, but will soon and test the 4x4. Simply put, I love it, after all, it's a FORD!!!

After a blowout on my left front tire on I95 in Jacksonville, FL we drove to the nearest Ford dealer for service. We arrived at the Autonation Ford dealer about 2:30 in the afternoon. They explained that they could not match the tread pattern of the remaining 3 Hancook tires. I then considered the mileage of the remaining tires and took the option to replace all 4 tires. They had 4 premium Michelin tires in stock and made the commitment to complete the job that afternoon. We were safely back on the road within 3 hours! I'd been in the "gently used" truck market for about 6 months. I had a less than desirable experience (several years ago (15+ years) when the dealership was Mike Davidson). Anyhow, on a whim, I wanted to give Coggin Ford a shot as I had purchased TWO Hondas from Coggin Honda down the road in the past 5 years - so I was confident that even if I didn't buy something from the Ford dealership, I would at least have an awesome experience. I was not let down!! I was greeted by one of the most honest, polite, and down-to-earth "good ol' boys" I've ever met... especially in the car business! Jeff Parton was nothing but professional and friendly. He didn't waste my time - he asked a few basic questions as to what I wanted, what was in and out of scope, and whether or not I was going to trade something in. We got right down to business. The experience from lot arrival to driving away with my new [to me] F150 SuperCrew Lariat FX4 only took like 4 hours, if that! And that INCLUDED me going to my house several miles away to get my trade-in vehicle and going through the on-premises finance process. Jeff made sure that my wife and I were comfortable, attended to, and happy the WHOLE time we were in the pipeline because as most of society knows, buying such a big ticket item is NORMALLY stressful. The test drive and explanation of all of the truck's amenities was STELLAR! I was upgrading from a modestly loaded economy sedan to the "Rolls Royce" of trucks [in my opinion]. Jeff Parton had expert level knowledge of every feature, widget, and detail. It has never been so easy to buy a vehicle. But, it was the following handful of days after the sale that impressed me and prompted me to write this review. Jeff called/texted a few times to make sure that I was good to go. We set up an appointment to go over things that weren't abundantly clear in the manual or that I couldn't figure out on my own. That appointment was on Wednesday (1/13/16 -- 4 days after purchase). We ran through various features, and again, Jeff demonstrated his expertise. I left the dealership happier and more educated than I had been when I got there. I have a follow-up appointment on 1/14/16 to get the door code reset and Jeff has already been in touch in efforts to streamline the process. Bottom line... if you need a vehicle, used or new, give Coggin Ford a shot... give Jeff a shot - ask for him by name.

It’s April 2019 and I’ve owned my 2009 F150 FX4 S/crew 5.4L since factory ordering it back in July 2009. I haven’t regretted buying this truck once in 10 years now, it’s been a good, reliable vehicle that I plan to keep for many years yet. It’s pulled a trailer across North America, it’s been to the Arctic Ocean, and it’s also been my daily driver all these years. Not many issues to report with it, repair wise I’ve replaced the passenger side exhaust manifold and the a/c pump drive clutch and that’s about it. Maintenance wise I changed the spark plugs out after 7 years with no difficulty, kept the oil changed properly since new (Motorcraft oil filters exclusively) and put a new accessory drive belt and brake pads on last year just because I thought it was time. I recently took a 2018 F150 s/crew out for a test drive and decided it didn’t have much to offer over my 2009, there didn’t seem to be any earth shattering differences driving the two around except the one I have now doesn’t have a $70,000 sticker on it so I’m staying with the 2009 for a while yet.

Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

I went in for 20K mile service. My service rep told me they would not replace the cabin air filter unless it was necessary. This is a listed service under the 20K guidelines from Ford - but NOT doing it because it was in good shape saved me $75!

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. I showed up at 7:15 PM on a Friday evening, met Chip Bates, and he showed me the couple of cars I wanted to see. I decided on a 2014 Ford Expedition and Chip did a great job expediting the process and getting me in and out about as quickly as possible so I could return home and pack to head out of town. Great experience with my dealer, Petrol, but love my truck. Fully loaded, comfortable, performs nice, looks great. I did a ton of research for the F150 Raptor, found all of the reviews to be true. Only negative is the gas mileage, BUT I knew that up front. I’ve owned a few SVT’s from Ford, and was very happy with performance and reliability every time.

I went in to look at a car that I had seen online. It was in great condition. The person who helped me also drove me around their property and showed me similar cars. All of the cars were in great condition, the location was nice and clean, and when I test drove a car, they had a perfect route. It had highway and back roads and neighborhoods and stop signs and turns and curves and hills. There are a lot of cars at this dealership but they knew every car fairly well. There was no hassle of paperwork or rush or pressure. It was casual and laid back and comfortable. This is the best dealership I have ever been to.

Strike 1: Chatham Subaru, Savannah, GA...empathized with me about me wanting the 2019 Crosstrek Limited in Cool Khaki Gray with the add???l moonroof, Nav w/ 8??? display & Harmon Kardon audio upgrade but didn???t attempt to locate one for me. Strike 2: Peacock Subaru, Hilton Head, SC...promised me they had one located, had me to sign a Purchase Order & coordinate with my credit union but a week later said they couldn???t get one, that they don???t exist. WASTED MY TIME. It???s not a unicorn fellas, I found 4 in Jax that same day. They also treated me like I was some dumb broad (who wasn???t an aviation mechanic that also knows paperwork) by switching VINs on my purchase order so it looked like I was agreeing to purchase a white one they had in stock that I repeatedly told them I didn???t want. They also downplayed mechanical talk to me as if I wouldn???t have understood it anyways but when I brought my husband in for a test drive boy you should???ve heard all the mechanical lingo the salesman was trying to impress him with. I also got called ???baby??? a time or 2. That dealership insulted me in every way they possibly could. Foul Ball: Orange Park tried working with me but couldn???t match SubJax or do better. Grand Slam!: Danny Jr dug in his back foot, swung for the fences & nailed it. I called the Subaru of Jacksonville team at 2pm, within 2hrs of calling they presented the best numbers of the 4 dealerships, a Buyers Order was signed, my deposit on the car was made to hold it until the next day and this was all done by 8pm. The next day I drove the 2 hrs to Jax, they had already coordinated everything with my credit union, we went through the bells & whistles of the car and I was driving it home within an hour & a half of me getting there. They even threw in a bonus I wasn???t expecting. I won???t divulge what it is so you don???t expect it. Somethings are meant to be surprises. They were courteous, professional, personable & THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I???VE EVER HAD! I cannot say enough good things about this transaction. Perfect 10 even when there was a monsoon brewing outside!

It's a good truck. I have 160000km on truck working it hard every day without any problems. I use to be a chevy truck guy but I will definitely go ford again
