Rivard GMC used to service our Yukon XL and the service and professionalism was always top notch. It was this experience and familiarity that led us back to them when we were looking for a mid-size truck. After visiting another GMC dealer where they made little attempt to try and meet our requirement, we went to Rivard. We originally went there to look at a slightly used truck and test drove it but the price was not much less than a new one. Mr Anthony Edwards was very patient and very professional as he showed us their used inventory and newer options. He was very pleasant and forward with valuable information and not pushy with probing questions. He listened to our questions, answered them and offered options. He showed us several new models and broke down the numbers and all were on par or better with another dealer's offer. But his willingness and patience to assist us was the exceptional factor in accepting a very good offer on a new model and gave us a couple of days to ponder. Afterwards we went to a nearby Chevy dealer where we looked at their counterpart model. We told the sales rep we also looked at the GMC version and he concurred the GMC models were a little higher quality than the Chevy version. When we decided on a comparable model and attempted to negotiate a price, the Chevy offer was at least $500 more on supposedly/admittedly a lesser quality than a GMC. They asked what would it take for us to accept their more expensive offer and we reiterated that they have to give us an incentive in lower price to bring us over from the GMC offer. They were not willing to do so and we accepted Mr Edwards offer at Rivard GMC. Mr Anthony Edwards without a doubt has been the most pleasant auto sales rep we have ever dealt. After dealing with other dealers, we felt very confident we received a very good deal from Rivard GMC and Mr Anthony Edwards was the key!

Very comfortable ride and interior design is just great on it I would rather a man that naturally aspirated over the double turbo model as you get a lot of performance with the turbos but you got something more to go wrong.

I tried for three and a half weeks to purchase a vehicle from Brandon Ford to absolutely NO avail. The finance manager there said since I had no credit, I would need a huge down payment or a co-signer. Neither which I had. I saw a vehicle on the website of Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City and rode out there on St Patty's Day. The finance manager at Jarrett Scott Ford also told me I had no credit. Here is the HUGE difference in the two dealerships though....the manager at Jarrett Scott Ford actually took the time to go the extra step and personally called Ford credit and spoke with them directly. I have been at the same job for 28 years, paid off a furniture loan in less than one year and a couple other small things going in my favor. Next thing I know, they came out and said not only did I get the loan on my signature, but I also got the exact vehicle I wanted! I will ALWAYS recommend Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City and Mike Shelburn who was my wonderful salesman. No pressure buying and they go that extra step for their customers! Only 75 thousand miles on it when I got it. I plan to put a million miles on it!! Love driving it. All the amenities a guy could want. Blue tooth, hands free, etc. Stereo kicks xxx. Great acceleration and breaking. Haven't tried the mountains yet, but will soon and test the 4x4. Simply put, I love it, after all, it's a FORD!!!

I get my car service at Auto Nation because it's close to my home & work. The courtesy van drivers are nice and try to control their shifts for the customer's convenience. I did wait briefly before I was helped by the manager, Sheila. Even tho, I didn't have a coupon, she gave the oil change @ $39.95 which is what I've paid on my last 3 visits.

Everyone is looking to stretch their dollars in today's economy. When it comes to purchasing a new vehicle you have to shop around to get the best deal. My new used 2011 Ford F-150 is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I purchased the vehicle with 148,000 miles, but it rides and runs like it’s a brand new truck. Plenty of space for all my needs; the acceleration is impeccable! Little to no rust, and just an overall badass truck. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Purchased my car in 4/2017 was taken care of by Raul Rosado (salesman) and previous manager. A part from the inside of the car was broken and needed replacement. Per those two employees, they were suppose to follow up with me and never did after 3 months of emailing Mr. Rosado and calling without no response I went personally to the dealer and met Edwin Torres who went above and beyond to help me and make sure a had a loaner car and fixed all the issues with the car. The new manager was also accommodating. Staff like that makes a difference. The reason why I bought my car at your dealer was because my son in law bought GT mustang last year and had great customer service. The two sales people that helped me back in April had no customer service and I felt because I am 68 years old that they could avoid my emails and calls, I'm happy they are not a part of your organization.

I apologize for my delay in typing this review. I left it elsewhere, but not sure if the people mentioned were acknowledged. Back on 11/11/2014, I had a bad experience with scheduling an appointment with Brandon Ford. I was having issues with my 2012 Ford Focus shuddering. I felt for our safety and drive around with my children often. I became nervous, because it came close to someone hitting the back of my vehicle and I stressed this to Brandon Ford. I feel that they did the very minimum in helping me. Instead, I was advised that the part was on a national back order and advised me to open a case, to see if the part can be expedited prior to 12/17/2014. I told them that to me, safety plays a huge factor in my case along with many other customers. I opened a case for the shuddering problem and was referred to Bill Currie Ford in Tampa. At the time Mark Madsen was my service provider. In conclusion, he pushed and went above and beyond to resolve the matter. I scheduled to take my vehicle in on 11/12/2014. They were able to get the part sooner. I must say that he changed how I felt towards the Ford Motor Company that day. I was ready to leave Ford, because of my experience with Brandon Ford. My heart was touched tremendously and I was glad that I gave it one more chance. Since Mark has left, I have had the pleasure of Jim Cornish taking care of me once I walk through the door. He provides exceptional customer service, has a smile on his face upon entry, and inquires about how he can help me. He makes thoroughly documentation as to the problems with my vehicle, after inspection, he makes certain that I am informed as to what additional service may be needed on my vehicle, and the approximate timing for the service. I really appreciate him and I am glad to have stayed with Bill Currie Ford. Jim is an asset to the company. There are two other people I would like to mention, Jessica Sarquist is fabulous and very professional. When I call in, she shows concern about my problem and is ready to schedule my vehicle to be serviced. Jessica has been the person that keeps me calm whenever (since back in 2014) I call in and my vehicle has an issue. I do get nervous, because my children are with me quite often and I want to make sure the Focus is safe to drive. I appreciate her and she is also very thorough upon check out, reassures me on what services were done, and the price for the service(if any). Mark Wilty (manager), has been helpful and courteous. He comes out to make certain that my needs have been met and reassures me that if there is anything he can do, just to let him know and he will assist. What an amazingly different car shopping experience this was dealing with Joey and staff at Cars Unlimited! The whole process took less than four hours! I had researched their inventory online before I even got to the lot so I had a good idea as to what was available and at what price and of course, the vehicle I was most interested in. There are free Carfaxs available for every vehicle. And the testimonials were glowing which speaks loudly to me. In my opinion, everything I saw on their website convinced me that Allen was doing everything right and that this was a totally upfront operation. There was a reason Cars Unlimited has been in business for 28 years. All of this was so refreshing! My memory vehicle

My 2011 F150 was my first “new” Ford pickup. I had owned Broncos, F250’s, F150’s mostly two wheel drives plus a 95 Ranger 4x4 that I had till 240k before I purchased my 2011 4x4 4door F150 in 2012. I have 113,000k on it now and my 3rd set of tires. Factory tires lasted 24k and I switched to Michelin LDX and got the next 93k out of them until I re-tired, excuse the pun,with my second set of LDX’s. I have the truck serviced at Frontier Ford in San Jose and besides an electrical issue on transmission when I first got it, the trucks been flawless. I’m looking at 2019 & new rangers but can’t bring myself to sell. My whole family has used it for college move-ins, moves from Northern California to southern and back again. Too many memories to part with. I guess I’ll keep taking care of my health and my trucks health and grow older together.

These guys are awesome! Bought my first vehicle here this passed weekend. Ford F150 2005. I will never use another dealer/mechanic in the area but this one. The gentlemen working there are very down to earth, honest, and fun to talk with. They really take care of you and theres no “beating around the bush” with these guys. I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff. As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available. I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready. As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time. Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.

F1 50 concerns eco-line had to replace all the spark plugs twice radio does not work something to do with Sirius I canceled the subscription and it shut up my whole radio engine light is on due to possible airflow brakes do not work like they’re supposed to of told that I need to replace the vacuum for the brakes $450 Worried about the smooth acceleration from start feels as old as some kind of a bump

It’s April 2019 and I’ve owned my 2009 F150 FX4 S/crew 5.4L since factory ordering it back in July 2009. I haven’t regretted buying this truck once in 10 years now, it’s been a good, reliable vehicle that I plan to keep for many years yet. It’s pulled a trailer across North America, it’s been to the Arctic Ocean, and it’s also been my daily driver all these years. Not many issues to report with it, repair wise I’ve replaced the passenger side exhaust manifold and the a/c pump drive clutch and that’s about it. Maintenance wise I changed the spark plugs out after 7 years with no difficulty, kept the oil changed properly since new (Motorcraft oil filters exclusively) and put a new accessory drive belt and brake pads on last year just because I thought it was time. I recently took a 2018 F150 s/crew out for a test drive and decided it didn’t have much to offer over my 2009, there didn’t seem to be any earth shattering differences driving the two around except the one I have now doesn’t have a $70,000 sticker on it so I’m staying with the 2009 for a while yet.

I took my new VW Golf in for its regular service (oil change). I made the appointment at a time convenient for me and arrived a couple minutes before the 9AM scheduled time. Since it was (hopefully) a quick service, I decided to just wait it out in the Lokey VW waiting room. The service advisor was courteous and had my car pulled in to the bay within moments of me signing in. I had been waiting about 20 minutes when the service advisor came to let me know the oil change and multi-point inspection was complete and everything was good to go. He then asked if I would like my car to be washed and after saying yes, I settled in for about 15 more minutes before he came back to give me the paperwork and my keys and point me to my now clean and shiny and serviced car waiting up front. While I was waiting I had the opportunity to see another of the service advisors, Antonio, who has assisted me with other requests for this car in the past. Since I was hearing a sound that I wanted to be checked to confirm it was not something going wrong, I asked Antonio if he could check it out for me. Without hesitation, Antonio took the key and I jumped in as a passenger; he took my car around the block so I could point out the sound I was hearing that concerned me. Antonio quick diagnosed the sound as the turbo blow-off sound and that it was completely normal, setting my apprehension at ease (I was about to make a long road trip and certainly did to want to encounter any problems with the car while I was on the road). They say that when you buy a car, your relationship with the salesperson can be a good thing but the essential component of any car sale is the relationship and trust you have with the service staff since the sale is one-and-done but the service relationship is ongoing. Well, the service I receive from Lokey VW is second to none - I can put a check mark in all four of the boxes that are important to me: friendly staff, timely service, quality delivery, and value for the service! Keep up the good work guys!

On April 30th I went to Ferman Chrysler Jeep of NPR. I was attempting to get out of a 2010 Town and Country Touring Sedan I had purchased from them 2 years ago. I have an automobile experience behind me, from selling New Oldsmobile's to selling New Cadillac's, 2 years at each dealership, prior to one year as a New Car Sales Manager at Dimmitt Jeep/Eagle in Tarpon Springs in 1989. Ferman had laid me away on a 2010 used vehicle at 24% interest rate with Chrysler. My payments were $308.00 a month, automatically paid through my account for two years. I went to purchase a Jeep Cherokee that had a $5,500 rebate, to overcome my upside down trade. They told me I would need to go with a Dodge, I said okay, and drove the car! I had told them $500 down! They told me, if I would give them another $2,500 down, Chrysler would welcome my business at only 16.5% interest! I stood up, and said you are out of your mind, see ya, I am going across the street to Nissan. in walking out my sales person said will you tell me if you buy a vehicle, and I said in a heart beat! I went across the street to Maus Nissan! Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice man Sabas Fiqveroa. I explained to him I am here to do business different than the way he has been trained! I told him I needed to start with the new car Sales Manager. He brought me in, and introduced me to an awesome sales manager by the name of Troy. We conversed, seams we both came from Michigan. I told him of my Automobile back ground, and what I had just been through across the street, and what I was attempting to accomplish. We got along very well! He explained that Sabas was new, and he was going to have Alain Garcia help Sabas show me a SUV that was what I was looking for. Needless to this point all three employees were beyond belief in knowledge, as well as courtesy! I must say when I was explained the numerous features of the Rogue, not to mention the pleasure of the drive, as well as the power of a 4 cylinder with awesome fuel economy, I was sold! We went inside to see what we could do. We had some negotiation, but in all I was happy with the $500 down, $618.00 per month, for 72 months. When I met with the F & I guy, he would not be sure of interest until the next day, but he was looking at 9.5% interest. I said that would be fine. He then told me to open a savings and loan account, and in 6 to 8 months, I could probably get a much lower interest rate. In parting, he said he would let me know how it comes down with Nissan. The next day I got a call from Alain, asking if I could stop by and sign a paper with F& I, and I said yes, the next day I would be there about 11:00AM, and he said wonderful. The next day on my there I was anticipating the worst, but instead I was blown away with awe! I met with a lady, and she told me she had good news! I said wow! She went on to tell me the vehicle was reduced an additional $2,000, and Nissan was giving me the 2.9% interest rate, so I said what is my payment now? She said, it stays at $618.00, but in lieu of 72 months, that will be for 60 months! Wow, I have never seen anything like this happen in my 5 years in the industry. I felt that the New Car Sales Manager Troy had something to do with the transaction! Regardless, I am so impressed with Maus! I had had a Nissan Xtera that I dearly loved, and I had to part it with it when I was leaving a few years prior. I brought it to Maus, and it had 110 thousand miles on it, and they gave me the balance owed on the SUV, that blew me away! I never forgot that! I was just a fool for not buying from Nissan two years ago! Thank you so very much! By the way my Rogue really put the Dodge I drove to shame. In closing I might mention to future buyers, the Finance Lady told me in the future, no matter how bad my credit is, as long as I make my Nissan payments on time every month, Nissan would never increase my interest rate1

Great experience with my dealer, Petrol, but love my truck. Fully loaded, comfortable, performs nice, looks great. I did a ton of research for the F150 Raptor, found all of the reviews to be true. Only negative is the gas mileage, BUT I knew that up front. I’ve owned a few SVT’s from Ford, and was very happy with performance and reliability every time.
