24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The buying experience was positive with no issues. I purchased a 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am from Dillon’s Auto via the internet and telephone, the sales person was Mr. Billy Keck. I originally discovered the car on the Auto Trader’s Classic website and notified the dealer I was interested in buying the car via email and telephone. Mr. Keck contacted me the next day, providing me with a Facetime meeting to see and discuss the car. After deciding to buy the car Mr. Keck was very responsive answering any questions and arranging the paperwork for the purchase. The dealer provided a free CarFax report showing the car’s history and answered questions I had regarding the car’s previous owner. After finalizing the purchase, the dealer delivered to my home with no extra charge from Lincoln, NE to Colorado Springs, CO. The car arrived in excellent condition and was clean and detailed (kudo’s to Mr. Keck’s son who detailed the car!). In summary, a nice buying experience with no issues.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

I’ve bought many, many cars over my life and can honestly say that this was by far the easiest dealership I’ve ever bought from. The bonus is that they charge no dealership fees at all which is a first to me. Their pricing was more than fair and they were transparent from start to finish. Tomas did a fantastic job and worked with me and my indecisiveness with patience and expertise. They had a bunch of brand new Mavericks when they are almost impossible to find. Dealing with Bob E. Was a lot easier than most sales reps. I lived an hour away and saw the van online and inquired that evening. I was contacted promptly the next morning About the vehicle. I asked him if there was any noticeable defects and he said he would inspect it. He sent a video going over the vehicle in detail. We texted back and forth some pricing and agreed on a price pending a test drive. We made it to the dealer after work and he had it waiting to go. After a short test drive we sat down and went through the paperwork quickly. He offered the extras, like all dealers do, but was much less pushy about it. I dread dealing with car salesmen but this experience was pleasant.

Very easy buying process. No if's and's or but's in their pricing. Service is outstanding and very affordable compared to other dealerships and shops. The parts needed wouldn't be available in time for our road trip so they gave us a loaner. Mostly our fault for waiting till last minute to get it fixed but they were very accommodating. Excellent top notch service.

My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
