24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Stephon was great to work with. Made the purchase smooth and seamless. He had the truck pulled forward and detailed as we had much of the paperwork completed prior to going to the dealership.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

Working with Arbi has been great. He?s very good at communication. I ordered a RAV4 prime and he was in constant communication. Letting me know that the order was placed, how long the estimated wait times were, then surprised me with shipping date. As the car was being delivered to the dealership, he let me know and I told him I?d be there the next day. He already had the car detailed and parked right in front when I arrived. We got into the car immediately for a test drive and got started on paperwork afterwards. Then I worked with Claire and she was awesome as well. Answering all of my questions and going back and fourth with my financial advisor. In the end, I left with new car and it has been great! Easy to work with, communicative and will do pretty much anything within reason to satisfy a customer.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

I appreciate the service from the initial call through execution with the service guys. I will say that no one is ever at the check out window, I always have to wait patiently.

Other than a hiccup in the beginning I Gotta give a Big shout out to Veteran's Ford, they did a very nice thing today because of the confusion and I am very appreciative as the team at this place are Great, so once again Thank you to Lorenzo, Brian and Travis :) great team!!

First Class experience from start to finish! Being we were 6hrs away, Honesty was very important. Kyle was absolutely the best at describing the vehicle we were interested in and when he said it was brand new, it was!! Josh in finance was also absolutely awesome! I just purchase a car from these guys. From the moment I called, they had the car pulled up front. To the test drive with Jose'. Very easy person to talk to. To the credit manager, office manager, to the owner. They were all easy to work with. I have never had a more comfortable experience puchasing a car. Just bring your info with you, they even transfered a tag right then in there. I was looking at a few other dealers before going here. I'm sorry I waisted my time with the others.
