Used 2021 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near High Bridge, NJ

I bought a new truck. They even let me factory order. Star really took care of me in the whole process. Kept me informed about the status of when my truck would get there.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. My wife is disabled and I am the primary caregiver. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Bluetooth/wifi issue....hardware replaced in a timely manner i hope it works....too much technology

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed.
